I ordered a pool liner that was the wrong size for my pool and we had just opened the box to look at the liner and make sure everyone was okay with it. When I realized it was the wrong size I emailed for a return but I was very rudely and bluntly told they will not allow me to return the product because of an opened box. I understand they have a policy but the product is completely fine and it’s ridiculous that it cannot be refunded in any way shape or form. They told me they cannot resell it, which goes to show this company is worried more about money than customers. They clearly do not value their customers as I asked for a higher support manager and they completely refused for me to speak to anymore else. When I told them I did not want to support their business and would be returning the new liner I had purchased they finally had someone else email me but once I responded they just ignored my email. Horrible customer service, I do NOT recommend this company if you wish to have good customer service, go elsewhere. "

"I spent over $500 with them providing no discount. A couple days later they come out with a “super Canada day sale”. I called and asked if I could be included in the sale since I recently (within a few days) purchased the products that are now currently included in this sale. I was told I would have to refuse the delivery and have to pay the $15 return fee and setup the order again instead of just providing me with the discount.
