"I purchased salt and swim system from them, received it Thursday, installed it right away (as we had exact same system for 8 years that stoped working) system is not generating chlorine. Couldn’t call them on the weekend as they are closed. Monday send them an email because it says that’s how need to communicate if product doesn’t work, didn’t receive a response for over 24 hrs. Called them and they told me have to go thru warranty. They sold me a unit that is over $1,000 less then a week old, doesn’t generate chlorine and I have to go thru warranty to get it repaired. It’s been 48 hrs still no answer on when the unit will be repaired and I can’t return it because box is open. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO GAMBLE IF UNIT IS DEFECTIVE IT WONT GET REPLACED. "

"Ordered our liner and paid in April 2021 with a promised turnaround time of 7 weeks, in July after following up numerous times we were told they couldn’t read our size diagram and sent us someone else’s order to edit! We contacted not only that customer who was having same issue but Pool supply again who made up some excuses and said late July they ordered it. Mid August we were told the ordering employee had been on holidays and he needed another confirmation in our order. Another week passes and our pattern is not available any longer. Now Sept 12 with no further updates and still no liner. Longest 7 weeks and worst company accountability. available. "

"We bought and receive a solar cover in October 2020 and when we get the box we haven’t opened it until June 2021. When we open the box we saw that some bubbles were not inflated (default from the manufacturer). We contacted the customer service and they proposed to send another one but we had to cut the one we have and pay an extra 92$ to get a new one so at the end we need to pay 1 1/2 the price to get a good solar cover! Even if this issue is a default of the manufacturer… we are very disappointed by the quality and service received! I don’t recommend this supplier for solar cover! "
