"I was extremely disappointed that I was not able to complete my purchase due to your extremely backwards payment security system. Not only was my card red flagged, despite a flawless history, my credit card company was never even contacted by your merchant for security verification. My credit card company also admitted never having heard of such a bizarre system and informed me to have your company contact them for approval. When I called the customer service line to have such a request fulfilled, I was told that the company could perform no such check, which is quite an outrageous claim to say the less. I then tried to process my purchase using my wife's card to no avail. The last resort, said the customer service person, was to use Paypal to process the purchase, or a bank wire. The latter option is not feasible, as an internation bank wire would cost me $60 at my bank (a hefty portion of the purchase price in itself). Since I am in Canada, I opted for Paypal. After trying to purchase using Paypal, I then found out you do not accept Paypal accounts based outside America. The process you offer non-American customers is a joke at best, and you ought to make it clear that you hardly accept any Canadian business. As a Web developer who creates and managed e-commerce solutions, I know there is no excuse whatsoever for such an experience or laughable excuse such as your merchant's security approval process."

"I purchased $267.00 worth of merchandise on 5/5/2012. The package arrived 2 days later than promised. Also, the barrel of the gun did not fit the gun. I emailed, followed directions, and returned the barrel. After one MONTH, I have no refund, no reply to emails, and am not able to speak to a human being using their phone number. So, I am out $44.95 + $7.50 for return shipping/insurance and do not even have the item anymore.

UPDATE 7/13/2012: After FINALLY getting to speak to a real person at this company they told me they have no record of the item being returned but would check into it. An email today states that they have found the item in the warehouse, and will be giving me a refund by 7/16. I would have never received a refund without hounding this company for it, so I stand by my first review. Buyer beware.
