"We ordered a few items off of the "Dollar Menu" Although my Fiance and not I was doing the ordering, apparently they accidentally selected the 2 day shipping option. Order was placed on Saturday, when I attempted to call first thing monday morning to get the shipping changed, I was first informed by the automated system that Customer service was not available until 11 am Pacific Standard Time (and I had called at 9 AM PST to attempt to catch them at first opening) When I called back two hours later to talk to customer service, I was informed that the shipment had already been sent out and was unchangeable. $23 dollars in shipping for a $6 dollar order. That really sucks. "
