"Well, lets start with the fact that haven't even received the product I purchased which was only a gift certificate. When I called two weeks later I was told that my order was on back order. How can a gift certificate be on back order. Then they proceeded to tell me that the certificate will be emailed to me the next day, which of course it wasn't. I was also told that the 7.00 shipping and handling fee would go away, which it didnt. I have still yet to receive anything from this company so therefore they have robbed me of my money. "
"I had bought like 3 times on this website and all the stock products are deliver very fast, attention through phone is great and if there are some off stock items, you just need to call and they will change it for you. the only thing that I would like to improve is, that if there are any off stock items, instead you call them to change the product, they should call you or email you, but besides that... this website is simple awesome... grate service, great products, quick deliver and great prices....!!!
