"My experience is not good. The purchase I made was for my sons 13th birthday. He tried to shoot the gun and it will not work. I called paintball online and they referred me to the Kingman manufacturer. The Kingman manufacturer wants me to do this that and the other. I am a mom, I don't have time to figure out a piantball gun, this is not my area. I purchased it, I wrapped it, my son opened it, my son tried to shoot it, it DOES NOT SHOOT. We took the gun to our local Dicks Sporting goods store who has a National Paintball championship working there, he looked the gun over and and thought it was the CO and discovered it was not, he suggested taking it to another local repair shop. I did not know that I could not return it if it was a defective. I will be contacting American Express whom I made the purchase with. I am very displeased"

"I was extremely disappointed with my shipment. box was completely smashed, torn open exposing contents inside. I work in the air cargo business and I know damaged cargo can be such a pain to deal with. The box I received was way too big for the contents inside, and packed with paper. My ninja air system that I received was scratched up, and in some places the paint was ripped off exposing the metal underneath. I see this item rusty in the near future.
Very dissatisfied and I'm am happy paying a high price on other paintball websites like www.ansgear.com, www.discountpaintball.com, and www.zephyrpaintball.com. I have not had a single problem with any of their shipments.
My thoughts. Pack shipments better or use boxes to that are not oversized.

"Would have been a 5 star review, but had trouble after the order was recieved. A certain part was missing from a kit - kit was no longer being carried (I got the last one, so I was told). Had to call a 2nd paintball carrier to get it fixed right. Also, another item was missing from my order - both places said the two items have been sent; playing to waiting game now.

Problem was when order recieved - followed instructions for missing/broken items etc. Faxed in form, waited 3 days and got no reply back. Sent an email to costumer service - waited 2 days, still no reply; had to call to get things straightened out. Waiting now for items - 3-5 business days to recieve."
