"Before the buying, I sent them questions that they replied in detail. During the assembly, I asked them technical questions regarding the airflow in the system and similar, that a less skilled builder might not answer or don't answer well. They took the questions and answered them professionally.
I really liked that after the main assembly was done, they sent me a turnaround 360 view of the system. I've not expected that and it was nice to see my system looking ready.
Their testing seems to be thorough. The machine itself was well built, cableing was nice, and running as expected. I bought a gaming PC with 64GB 6000mHz RAM, 14th gen Intel I9, and nVidia 4070 Ti Super OC The machine works as expected. Most modern games run at 80-150 FPS in 2k resolution, and every setting on max / ultra. I've seen a few games with Raytracing, like Alan Wake 2, they also run pretty well.
Additionally, I also use the PC for video editing, 3D modelling, rendering and gamedev. So far everything I was throwing at it, worked and worked really fast.
The only thing I've changed in it was adding a larger, PCIE 4.0 m.2 hard drive, but installation was fairly plainless."
