"I had a custom Intel system put together by them & it was constructed & Setup very well, I did have to clean up a small amount of leftover files from benchmarks & tests they ran, but I'm only nitpicking there. It took around 10 days to arrive so pretty speedy build & delivery times, Very good protective packaging around & inside the pc aswell.

"This is the 3rd laptop from PC Specialist and they are so fast it's amazing.
We also have a Asus rack server, 2 high-end gaming PCs for showroom design demos using VR headsets, 2 high-end desktops for the office and 1 insane desktop PC for the software developer.
All work so much faster than other brands with the same spec on paper, as the premium components PCS use are far superior to other major brands where the motherboard etc would be a budget model so bottleneck everything else.

Just taken delivery of a new one as the old one was 8 years old and starting to develop some hardware problems plus the fact it was too old to upgrade to Windows 11.
