The process was quick and easy (apart from my bank making payment difficult) and they gave a detailed explanation of the build schedule and kept me informed all the way through.
My biggest praise comes for the delivery - it was safely and quickly shipped to me here in Italy with no problems or holdups by Italian customs. It took only the 4 days they said it would. Before settling on PCSpecialist I did look at some other UK companies but they had all stopped shipping to Europe because of the increased paperwork required (thanks Brexit).

"From start to finish pc specialist have been excellent. Good choice for customization when ordering the pc. Good selection of options for payment and easy to understand. Every step of the build they keep you updated on the website. Delivery was well packaged and fast. I have had the computer nearly 2 months and not had any problems. Only thing I am unsure of is my fans are plugged in to the pump header on the motherboard. They ran at 100% speed but using the bios and armoury crate I slowed them down. The motherboard has fan headers they didn't use but I don't know if that would have fixed the fan speeds. "

"This was my second custom laptop ordered from PC Specialist and just like over 4 years ago, the service was great. The website was easy to navigate and choosing components was simple. The build took about as long as estimated and I was updated about every step. The machine works fine once fully setup. The way the laptop was packaged felt very safe - solid outer box with the laptop inside another box suspended on thick bubble wrap and styrofoam. Delivery was tracked and arrived early.
Minor improvements that could be made:
- more detailed component descriptions or links to manufacturers' websites
- the Liquid Cooler units need more detailed instructions"
