"PC Club on W. Sahara is the best computer store I have ever been too. The personal service that I received from Chris Morris in the creation of my newest home computer was amazing. He understood exactly what I was trying to accomplish with my latest home computer purchase and he made sure that I got everything I wanted. He asked the right questions to ensure that I was getting enough memory and speed to enhance my system for the future. Every question I asked was answered in a professional manner. I left the store with my new $3,000.00 computer feeling that I had made the right decisions and that I could handle any upgrades required for the next 24 months. Every time I have an issue or need help, Chris is always willing to assist. I now have a total of 4 computers that I purchased through PC Club on W. Sahara in Las Vegas, NV. I recommend them to all of my family, friends and work associates. "Pc Club is what every computer tech dreams of. The prices are great and service is good. Part of the reason is becouse the stores are not to big and out of control like of computer stores. Pc Club is high qulity computer products and nothing more. They also have the hard to find parts at good prices. I will not shop for computer parts anywhere else."

"Hi,

I recently dealt with your salesperson Erik Lest and he was not only very helpful but he was very knowledgable as well.

If PC Club Burbank had more people like Erik at their stores working for them then I would not be suprised if their businesses or companies benefited well from Erik's outstanding customer service skills and product knowledge.

Erik is the best thing going today at PC Club Burbank and if it wasn't for him I would not come back to PC Club.

"I am the Director of Technology at a Local Private High School and I am a very demanding customer in regards to Quality and Quantity. I have to say since the PC Club in Modesto, CA has opened a little over a couple months ago, I am totally committed to shopping only with them. I have worked them very hard and they have done nothing but bend over backward to produce the best possible outcome for my business needs. Everyone at the store from the Manager Casey, to the Sales Staff, Ken, Erik, Sean, and Technicians Nick and Andrew, are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. "I ordered a Wireless PCMCIA Gigafast card from this company. Nice company. A++ from me. Good to do business with.

My product was delivered as promised by fedex 2 day and it was there by evening 2nd day. They also sent an Email before the product was shipped saying that they are about to ship my product.

They only goofed up on one thing.The invoice packed with my product belonged to someone else.The address was one in Berkeley,CA and that guy must probably have got my invoice(just my guess).Otherwise a great company.....

"I ordered a Liteon LVD-2001 DVD Player around August 1st. It was supposed to be on backorder until the middle of August. I got an e-mail that it was shipped on August 7th by FedEx ground. On
August 8th I was given a tracking number which showed I should receive the player on August 13th.
I actually received it a day early on August 12th.
I'm a happy customer. Good prices, plenty of
e-mails giving an updated order status, and fast shipping.

"I have a few things to say about PC Club. I have enjoyed my experiance with the Arrowhead location very much over the time I have shopped there, as well as the time I worked there. On the whole, it was a positive experiance that has warped my perspective on the corporate world forever. I have seen how an inept company full of overpaid yes men and loafers can prosper in a tough industry. Everyone above my former manager in PC Club is a complete waste of time. Suggestions are given little creadance, comments are noted as malcontent, and any movement towards a positive solution is just not heard of.
The people skills of the AZ Regional Manager Netty Ng has a detrimental effect to both the morale of the staff and the helpful atmosphere of the store as a whole. She has made my experiance with PC Club a nightmare. Her lack of product knowledge and marketing has crippled the region since her promotion. Her concept of marketing is adding random companies into a customer database, or spamming. The level of ineptitude that I have seen in the way she handles employee relations, problems, and even customer relations befuddles me on how this individual qualified for such a responsible position. If she had any concept on how to read a trend, this region would grow 10 fold, let alone ADVERTISE!!! Customers have returned items based soley on the fact that she appears to be a sales machine and not customer oriented. This is the exact nature of my termination. As a customer oriented salesman, I was not able to hit my bloated sales goals. With a lack of reseller discounts and a obsession with $ and margin I could not do much for some people. The average reseller discount is $5.
The corporate marketing department has had issues in the past correctly stating what is on special, the specs of said items, and do not check availability of such items. I have even been told not to buy items on promotion that are rare and that employees should wait out a backorder.
Returns are a joke, RMA items are routinely sold in the company reminicant of Fry's Electronics on a smaller scale.
Factory has production issues on time and on quality from time to time.
Employees that cannot make goals aren't tought how to be sales/tech, but fired and replaced. I was an assistant manager making $7/hr. what kind of unfair wage is that for a standard 55 hour work week job?
In my 1 year with the company, I have seen:
2 Regional Managers
3 Managers
5 Sales
2 Techs
AT MY STORE ALONE!!!
The entire region has changed within this last year with the exception of one man who is extremely effective at his job, but I fear will be fired. I don't want to say that it's because all of the fired people have been anglo-americans, but asian and foreign born employees that show incompetance and repeated mistakes often get promoted, let alone keep their jobs. Ask any anglo employee...

To the management of PC Club: I do not wish to be percieved as a disgruntled employee, but as someone that is making people aware of this company's lackluster employee treatment, as well as the assenine way you treat customers.

I wish to say that it has been a pleasure working with and dealing with the Arrowhead staff. Scott, Matt, Dave, Bret, Ryan, Jon, Craig, Charles... you guys are great... aces man keep it up and make it great as best you can given the circumstances.

"This store is one of the better computer stores that I have seen. Granted, I have only been in the Oklahoma City store, but everyone that I have encounted there is extremely helpful and friendly. In every other computer store that I have been in, the sales people were either pushy or neglectful. With PC Club, I never felt like I was in a used car dealership, being pushed into a deal that I was not ready for. Mike and Justin were particularly helpful during my last visit. Charlie always has a smile and a kind word. I would highly reccommend visiting this store if you are in need of either a computer or computer parts. "
