"As a professional in the business I would not recommend anyone unless I have absolute confidence they would treat my contacts well, and in over twenty years of working and playing with computers, I have never endorsed a retail store . . . until I ran into Kevin, Bob and Doug at the PC Club Dayton Ohio.
Usually when I go into a computer retail place and ask product questions, they dont even understand the question. PC Club has be very knowledgable, has answered all my questions and impressed me that they care for the single customer buying $100 item as much as they do with the $100,000 corporate accounts.
So much so when my brother needed a flat screen, I sent him to PC Club,
When my sister-in-law, who was christmas shopping for a burner called me from inside a competitor's store because she couldnt get help, I said "put that down, go to PC Club, tell them what you want, buy what they recommend.
or when my mother wanted a burner and came home with $300.00 worth of stuff recommended by a different competitor's salesman, none of which would work with her P150 laptop, Dad and I took it all back and supprised her with a brand new laptop . . . from Bob at PC Club Dayton Ohio.
Working as a professor and network profesional, many people ask my advise on computers and where to go to buy this or that -- I just answer PC Club, and know they will get quality products and reasonable prices, enough so I can send people there and never give it a second thought . . . now if only they could get that sweet Sony DVD burner in for me (out of stock by Sony since last year . . . LOL)

"I am owner of a technology solutions company in the Dayton Area. It is a thrill and pleasure to work with the employees at the Miamisburg store. They are always more than willing to bend over backwards to assist with any computer issue (and I bring some pretty strange requests from our clients). I have delt with other computer suppliers over the past 10-15 years and PC Club surpasses all of the others combined in friendly customer service. Keep it up guys!!!!

"I am lucky to live in the Dayton, Ohio area where we have 2 local PC Club stores. The oldest just celebrated it's 1 year birthday a little while ago.
I am a Network Consultant and have been using both parts and complete systems from this chain for most of the last year. They offer Reseller prices that are very competive and most time it's in stock in one of the two stores.
Bob Kwater, the Manager of the Dayton Mall store has been a great help as well as the Regional Manager, Kevin Rakes.
On of the things that has made the PC Club stores so popular is the discounts they have offered to the the membership of our local user group, the Dayton Microcomputer Association. www.dma.org
I have so much confidence in Bob & his staff that I have sent my customers directly to the store to let them pick out the monitor they like. I know the staff will assist them and not try to make the sale behind my back. You can't get much better than that.

"I placed an order to pick up from your Westwood Store. Although they did not have the item in stock, they were quick to get it in and had my order ready and waiting for me when I went in to pick it up. Grade A service and quick delivery with a Great price. What more could I ask for?"
"I am an instructor for ITT Technical Institute in Henderson, NV. I have had a long association with Mr. Tom Lee at the Sahara PCCLUB. Tommy has been very helpful in helping me select the best computer components for my multimedia applications as well as setting up my network of 7 computer systems. I built each of these computers with components purchased at this PCCLUB store. My children rely on these systems for the Odyssey home school program sponsored by the Clark County school district. As an instructor and recent graduate of University of Phoenix, it was Tommy's expertise that helped my resolve issues quickly and efficiently to keep my training and education activities running smoothly. I always look forward to visiting Tommy at the Sahara store because I know I will always receive fair and affordable assistance. His staff are always eager to help and PCCLUB's pricing strategy is very competitive. "
"guys at salem have always been knowledgeable, but i'm seeing too many issues with items not in stock. vga cables and pci video cards may not be the hot new ticket for HL2, but pc repair people have to have access to older equip for the customer with the (insert "$400 pc w/ no agp slot name" here). so, staff gets a good B+, stock levels and selection gets a C-."
"I love these guys. They really know their stuff. When I bought my GigaByte 8KNXP, and Pentium 4 3.0 800FSB, They were in stock and everything went smoothly."
"I have been purchasing PC's and related equipment for my company since November of 2002. The crew at the Bellevue PC Club is outstanding!
I never hesitate to recommend others in my field to buy from here.
The manager Matt is rady to answer any and all of my questions at the drop of a hat as are the others (Jay, Aaron, Johnny, Tony, Ben, Greg and the rest). 1st class pricing and equipment selection. Very educated in the field of PC's and the latest gear too.

"The gentlemen at the Henderson PC Club are the most helpful when it comes to questions and solutions for all my needs. They exceed other competition in the Vegas valley by far. The Henderson bunch is also by far the friendliest in town. I get treated like a customer should. They have always been friendly and helpful. There prices cant be beat for the quality of there mechandise. I will never shop anywhere else or deal with any other store. I have high respect for Steve and his crew. There all top notch. I never have to worrie about a purchase from them, It's always correct and priced right."
"I have been shopping at the lynwood Wa location for the last six months or so, I have found they to be VERY helpful and have been able to get me what i need! One of the most important things they have done is to take care of any problems that i have EVER!!! had! I do custom systems and network setups and downtime is NOT acceptable, they allways do what is needed to take care of the problem. The manager there has gone out of his way to get me what i need and to make sure that i am satisfied. I have used there stores in Wa and also when im in california doing jobs. I say thumbs up to these guys!"
"I am a former employee of PC Club. In my opinion, consumers should avoid conducting business with PC Club whenever possible. The company itself encourages faulty business practices -- one of which is that there is no set pricing. The price that the customer before you gets is not neccessarily the price you'll get, and your price may not be the price the customer after you gets. This, to me, is very frustrating. Some times it's based on the volume a customer buys -- which a discount is appropriate in that situation -- however, it is often just spur of the moment. Secondly, employees are treated very poorly by the company. This begins with poor wages. Then the addition of having to work long-hours on sub-par computer systems simply adds to the aggrevation. Employees simply feel too overwhelmed to provide valuable assistance to any random customer. Often times, employees will lie to customers to either make a sale, or to get a customer out of the door. Products themselves are of an acceptable quality -- and honestly, products had a better-than-average success rate when coupled with a consumer that knows how to use the product. However, PC Club constantly pushes products that are fundamentally flawed. This includes ditching high-quality low-cost products in favor or products that are low-quality. In addition, the overall availability on neccessary inventory is lacking. How can you sell high-end CPU coolers (which do not come w/heatsink compound) without also selling high-end compound? How hard is it to stock Artic Silver? Finally, the employees, as well as the policies they enforce are designed to put the customer at an unfair disadvantage. After selling a customer a defective product, PC Club technicians then charge a $55 fee to test the product. Another example of horrible customer service is when I purchased a stick of DDR memory. The memory is kept in a secluded room in the back, as to prevent theft. On the way to the cashier from the stock-room, the manager (carrying my stick of RAM) is dragging his feet on the carpet. He then shocks himself on the memory module, and drops it. I asked for a new one. He gave me his assurance that the module was undamaged, and refused to replace the module. At this point, I should have declined to purchase the product, however, against better judgement, I made the purchase. Needless to say, the stick was bad -- and I had to make a trip back to the store to exchange it. Through my experiences as an employee, I saw many other incidents of such. One example was when an employee dropped a CPU. The customer requested a new CPU, and the employee seemed to reply. (Remember, CPU's/Memory/HDDs are kept in a seperate room.) The employee then went to the stock-room, and came back a few seconds later to complete the transaction. After the customer left the store, the employee then gloated about how he gave the customer the same CPU he had dropped. Another misgiving regarding PC Club policy is their warranty. They supposidly provide a 1-year warranty on their products. However, if your product is defective, they do not replace it. Instead, they take 6-8 weeks to return the product to the manufacturer through RMA service. This is the same method open to you WITHOUT the retailer's assistance. In addition, direct RMA (not through PC Club) yeilds MUCH faster service. For example, a Maxtor Hard Drive through PC Club takes approximitely one month; direct through Maxtor it takes only 2 days.
This is simply a small taste of the horrible customer service, horrible products, and horrible company that PC Club provides/is. After being on both sides of the counter, I will do everything within my power to avoid doing any business with PC Club in the future."
"I am a dedicated PC Club fan. Westwood has served me well and often. I have just returned for another (10th) LCD Monitor. Great product (Neovo F-17), great price, great service. Thank you all at Westwood, especially Eddie Saleh.

"PC Club had to lowest price for the speakers I needed, when I visited their store they did not have any, so I ordered them online and they called me when the speakers arrived at the store. I decided to save some money and pick them up since it was only a 20 minute drive."
"I am an IT professional, and cannot say how much I appreciate Tommy and Ben for going way out of there way. The Las Vegas store is full of extremely knowledgeable employee's that take the time needed to make sure there customers are satisfied.
Kudos to them. I look forward to doing business with them again. "
