"Purchases two 250MB sticks of PC133 RAM. Paid 36 dollars. Got the package just find. Opened it up to find that the "brand new" ram had no case or papers, must have been OEM. Ok fine, however both sticks of ram were in the same static bag with no insulation. The sticks had just been scraping each other all during shipping. Put them in a clients system a while later when finally got around to it, come to find out both sticks are faulty. Completely unusable.
Tried to contact customer support, they didn't respond. Finally found their RMA address, contacted them and they said that since it was over 30 days I couldn't get a refund. (Even though I contacted customer service within the 30 days). They explained to me that they never sell refurbished or used parts. I seriously doubt that but if it's true, then the shipping department needs a good lesson in packing sensitive electronic devices.
Now I am stuck with two bad sticks of ram, out 36 dollars and what good would it do me to exchange them for another pair? I pay for the return shipping, and they just ship me bad ram again (or at least good ram damaged by their terrible packaging practices).

"I ordered two 80mm case fans for a reasonable price. PCMicro was prompt to ship out the fans and arrived in my mailbox only 3 days later. However, the picture associated with the fans led me to believe that the fans leds were brighter and I received some flashing leds. The description does say flashing light. I guess that's more my fault but I still felt misled by the picture.

"I recently ordered an AOPEN (aw850) sound card.
I installed the card according to the instructions.My win2000 professional pc could recognize the card.I changed the pci slot order with the nic card.the sound card was still not recognized by the pc.The drives could not be installed because the device is not recognized by windows.I cannot manually install it either.I have contacted customer service and they asked me to call tech suppport.I have been in this field long enough to know when I have purchased a dud.I only paid $11 for the card so I will just go and purchase another one from another company locally.
