"My first order in September 04 went ok. I wanted to order the same item again, but their website had discrepancies on dimensions of the external enclosure I wanted, so I used the same part number from my original order.
I received a different enclosure, and emailed customer service. Customer service basically replied SOL. I could take it up with the RMA department. I emailed back to customer service that I used the same part number from my orignal order from only 4 months ago, and pointed out the discrepancies on their website listing of the product in question, and would they contact the RMA department so I wouldn't have to start all over with them.
No answer. Next time I'll order from dealsonic."

The standard shipping is free, and while it states 3-days, I live in Michigan and it took 4...not a big deal though."
