I needed a pair of cheap keyboard , mouse , speaker combo's for pc's i am building for xmass gifts for family , and they had what i needed at a good price and had a good RR . My order came in a very timely manner . Only thing i think needs to be improved on was i never got any tracking # for my package . I always give 2 or 3 days to recontact a vendor before i start to question them . I realise that it sometimes takes 1-4 business days to get something shipped out if they are busy .By the time i thought about it my package was at my house . Now i live in the same state so it doesn't take long for ground shipping to get to me . Other than that i had no problems with them and i will surely order from them again . They have earned my business. "

"I bought a generic power supply. Great price ($22) and free shipping. But I was shocked by the way it arrived, no bubble wrap, no popcorns. The power supply was put in a USPS Priority Mail envelope (designed for documents, not electronic equipment), taped, and stamped. It was dead on arrival. I just requested RMA. I am not sure what are my options. Will I have to pay for the return and extra padding when they ship replacement unit? I will update this rating later.
I recommend buyers to request decent padding and pay for the extra shipping cost, and save the trouble that I am going through."
