I had ordered online before, and the site seems to have a good return policy and contacts for customer service in place. I didn't need it though, our dress- order 121010547039- arrived quickly under standard shipping and looked as advertised. It looked as beautiful as it was on the website, and the material was clean, good quality, and had no frays, spots, tears, or wearing. We were a little sketchy on the size, but it fit my daughter great. It was also cheaper than the dress we found at the mall, so that made me very happy, as formal dresses tend to be very expensive. "I am so grateful with Outerinner, I can not describe how happy I am with this company. Like almost everybody else I was skeptical to buy my wedding dress online from China, but I took the risk and I am so glad I did it. I cannot believe the quality of the beading, the details and the workmanship of my wedding dress. After going to many different bridal stores, I could not find one dress that I like, I did not like the style, I did not like how it fit and either the price, but in Outerinner I found exactly the style I was looking for and when I received my dress yesterday, I could not believe how good it looks, I saved 700 dollars from buying a dress from another store where I tried on dozen of dresses and none of them like me, this one that I did not try it on, fit me like if I would give outerinner every single detail of my body.

"I ordered a quick delivery dress it did not fit and the quality was poor. Also there was an odour to the dress that would have required cleaning to remove it. I sent it back. Although the refund policy states on quick order dresses they will refund shipping costs, they have refused. Also they received the dress on May 28th I have yet to receive my refund (July 4). I keep emailing and they keep giving me excuses. Buyer beware! I will let you know when they decide to give me my money back."
"I have been very skeptical about ordering a dress online, especially since it was my wedding dress. I have been reading the reviews about Outerinner before ordering and they were kind of mixed, so that didn't help me to feel totally comfortable. But I thought at that price (EUR 100 incl. shipping) I wouldn't lose much.
I have received the dress today and it looks great! The quality of the dress is absolutely brilliant, especially when considering the low price. It also fits perfectly, although I have ordered a standard size, since my own measurements were very close to the measurements provided on the website. I was prepared to have it locally customized if required, but that won't be necessary.
The customer service was also very good. After placing the order I have received an email asking on which date I need the dress. I confirmed the date and I was given the approximate shipping date and delivery date, which turned out to be on the spot! I have ordered the dress on the 30/05 and received it on the 02/07 (which could have been the 28/06 if it wasn't for Fedex). So, overall I am very happy with the quality, service and delivery time.
Fedex unfortunately doesn't seem to actually update the tracking information on their website, so the tracking number I have received was absolutely useless. Since the shipping status hadn't changed at all, I contacted the customer service after about two weeks after shipment had been confirmed, and I received a prompt reply from Outerinner with confirmation that the current status will be investigated. The dress was delivered shortly after (after one failed attempt, which they didn't even bother to inform me about) and the only negative feedback I can give is about Fedex and its poor information. The status on their website still says that shipping has been initiated in China and nothing else, even though the dress has been delivered by now.

"I custom ordered dress from OuterInner, style number 02023. The Bust - 39", Waist - 34", Hip - 41", and Hollow/Floor - 48". The waist and hip measurments seem correct, however, the bust is smaller, and the length is off by more than 10 inches!!! When measured, the dress is 38" versus the 48". Also 2 1/2 inches were to be added to the hollow length, however, it was not. My dress is too short, and I am not sure what can be done about it. I am very upset, and believe a refund should be in order, and my custom fitting was incorrect. I have tried contacting this company, however, cannot reach anyone via phone - which is a Florida number (company based out of Hong Kong), or by email. I am very upset, as I want to share in what should be the happiest day of the my best friend's life, now I am stuck with a dress that has not been properly put together. The company being in Hong Kong, means the dress cannot be easily sent back and fixed. I am beyond disappointed and disgruntled with this company. I would NEVER recommend their site be used to order anything!!!

After searching for a while for the perfect dress for my graduation, I stumbled across this website OuterInner. On this website I found the dress that I always dreamed of having. At first I thought this website might be fake, because of the very low prices (my dress cost about 200$!). I took a risk and ordered the dress. It arrived the exact date I wanted it to arrive. In real life the dress was prettier than I could have ever imagined. I love it so so so very much. I absolutely adore it. Also, OuterInner's customer service is great! Within a few hours I got answers to all of my questions (and believe me, me and my mom asked a lot). So... If you want to order from this website, please do! It's awesome! "my first order was good, (2 bridesmaid dresses) so I decided to make another purchase, I wish I didn't, unfortunately they are now showing their true colours. my advice would be: check everything twice before you place the order! I wanted my dresses to arrive by a certain date.. they wanted extra money.. said my dresses would need another week to complete.. then I realised I had ordered a US10 by accident, (was suppose to be a US8)they changed their story and said my dresses were already finished and wanted additional $45+ to change the size.. when I ask for proof that the dresses were indeed completed, they said they would send pictures but never got them.. probably because they lied and the dresses are not finished.. they are just looking for ways to charge extra for everything! at the end of the day, I haven't really saved all that much money, buying online overseas, when you add up all the extras/shipping it works out to be the same. and you have a lot of added stress on top. consider buying at shops, especially if this is for your wedding, with bridesmaid dresses you can exchange sizes, and don't have to wait 3-4 weeks to see what you have bought. trust me on this.
update 24/6: the pictures I requested were indeed sent to me although took almost 2 weeks, and only AFTER they had already shipped the order out.. I specifically requested them BEFORE, so that I could check the quality etc and have them amended if needed. The dresses do NOT look like the pictures advertised.the skirts are not as full and I question the length.suppose to be floor length but looks ankle.
when I questioned this the rep Yolanda replied that the orders were sent out and that if I had any issues should email the returns department. GREAT customer service there. NOW THEY ARE PROB GONNA TRY TO MAKE ME PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING OR SOME CRAP LIKE THAT. please avoid this company they are terrible. truly."
"I cannot begin to describe how thrilled I am with the gorgeous fur trimmed cape that I ordered. First of all, I received it much faster than promised. Secondly, since this is for my wedding, I was concerned that the train wouldn't be long enough. Well, it is LONGER than the picture shows, which in our communications, they promised it would be!. The quality is superb! The same cape in the USA was going to cost me $326. I paid OuterInner $111.00!!!!!
