"Ordered LED tape lights. Order came very fast but product not up to description. After buying plugs to attach to the leads, I plugged them in and they worked for about 3 seconds before drizzling out. Refund was quick after contacting a few times."
"Ordered 2 pants which were wrong ones sent. Was able to return them to exchange for ones I wanted but same pants sent again. When I mailed items back they were returned to me as undeliverable/refused. I was given a refund for the pants. I am disappointed that these items are being advertised as available but I cannot get them."

"The order was placed the end of June, and the delivery of the goods was all messed up, no way to contact OPENSKY or any that they would respond to, so I notified the Credit Card and disputed the charge as the package hadn't arrived 3 or 4 weeks later. Then got some notification from OPENSKY that there had been a mess up in the deliver, and that the supplier was shipping the product again, I attempted to notify them again but they didn't respond as of this date I still am wondering where the product is, and waiting to the disputed charge to go off my credit card account. FYI...wish I could have used my AMEX they would have seen these bozo's packing and I would have had my refund. Was the first and last time I use OPENSKY to buy anything!"
