"I ordered a clock - it arrived but was smaller than pictured. I was told I had a $85 credit but it was a lie. There is no were on the site to claim the credit even when I clicked the "link" ; never received the credit and when I tried to email someone I never received a response. there is no contact info or numbers to call. I would NEVER order anything again from this site. Not sure how it is still in existence. I have removed myself at least 3x from its email lists and yet I still get emails with their false advertising of I have a $85 credit blah blah. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE AND FALSE ADVERTISING "

"I ordered an automatic tent from Opensky based on an add from Facebook. This was an automatic tent with a lift system shown on the website. I ordered the tent for 4 person in orange with a rainfly. What I received 8 weeks later was a very cheap orange tent big enough for 2 people maybe with no real rainfly and not the tent shown on the site. Tent is more like a child's indoor play tent than anything one would want to use for outdoor shelter. "

"I’ll never buy anything else from this store! Received an email stating that I had a credit of $85 to spend there. I looked around and chose 3 clothing items totaling $82. Gave my credit card information to pay for the shipping. But when my order went through, there was no credit given. I was charged for the full amount. The only contact info was an email. Emailed them and requested that they give me the credit on the order or else cancel the order completely. No response whatsoever. Of the 3 items I ordered, I have received 2. They each came separately and did fit me.
I checked the order confirmation email. Every item was listed at a higher price than listed on the website! Then they took the higher amount on each and then subtracted it back until it was then showing the same amount that was actually the price on the website. They then showed the extra amount and called it a credit!! I was charged the full price listed.
There is no information about where they are located. No phone number. Nothing!
DO NOT FALL FOR THE FAKE CREDIT THEY TELL YOU TO GET YOU THERE! ITS A SCAM!

"Happy with product and pricing, and service. I received my orders within expected timeframe. This company is an independent retailer, NOT Amazon prime. It's not reasonable to expect overnight delivery. If your product never arrived, perhaps your neighborhood has "Porch Pirates" and your item was stolen. If returns and credits are upsetting you, take it up with a company representative. There is the possibility that the protocol for returns was not followed as directed. "
