"Hi, I bought a beautiful pair of Minnie Mickey Mouse Mini Melissa girls shoes bows jelly ballerina princess kids size 27 in red color on October 23/2018 to give them as a birthday gift to my little niece , the gift was supposed to arrived on Tuesday October /30 / 2018 but today is Tuesday Nov 6 2018 and the shoes have not arrived yet, I have been sending e-mails to the open sky customer service but the only response is “sorry for the difficulties and it takes 1-2 business days to send you a response”
Until today I haven’t got any response from an assistant or representative of them.
what have occurred with my delivery.?
I was tracking my item, but USPS has been waiting for them.

"I ordered earpods from this company. They were defective with the copper wire showing from the volume control. I contacted opensky.com to return the item and received an email that they would get back to me within 1-2 days with information about how to return and a return shipping label. It has been a week and I have not heard back. There is nothing on the website except that they will accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is resellable. however, my item was defective and certainly not resellable. The customer service department cannot be reached by phone at all, only by email but they are not responsive. You only get stock email responses that don't answer your questions."
"I ordered an essential oil diffuser with what was supposed to be 'organic' essential oils. Not only are they not organic, they are toxic fragrance oils. These oils are deadly to breathe. Don't order from them. "

To those people giving bad rating, try reading your Spam Folder messages because my Opensky messages were going there and once I figured this out I realized they had provided confirmation of my order and its shipping status right away. The next day I received a message with tracking information and it arrived on time and intact. Thank You OpenSky Team!

"OpenSky has to be the worst company ever. This company finds ways to scam your funds. The customer service department lack of professionalism is even worse. I opened my account one month ago. Before my first billing cycle, the company reported I had a balance of $35 for my yearly fee. Once you make a payment, it takes 5 days for clearance of the payment. Any payment over $35 is frowned upon. They charge $3 for a statement fee. If your payment is on or before balance due date. There is a small interest fee. I literally shut this card down after one month. The card would never become an unsecured card. Rip off for sure!!!!"
"Placed an order for TEN units of a product at about $230. I received ONE unit and was charged the $230. They have no phone customer service. Email reports result in ongoing canned responses telling me to wait for 2 days -- 2 days later another email telling me to wait for 2 days, etc. I was clearly duped.
