Fine and fine!

"I never have any problem with your stuff or your service. I buy odd things for my brothers from you (shrinky hose, penknife keyring, etc) and they love everything! I peruse all the time for new 'innovations' of which you have many. Thanks!"

Poor quality

"A waste of my hard earn money. I am 115lbs and a size 4. I ordered a size medium because I rather the items to be too big because I can always take it in to fit my shape. All the items was way too small. I've ordered from other sites in China but this was the worse by far."

NEVER AGAIN

"Nothing looked like the picture, quality sucked,and the sizes were waaaaaay smaller than expected. I bought a couple of things in 2x women's and ended up giving them to my 8 yr old daughter who wears a kids 10/12 and they fit her perfect"

Review email for a purchase never made.

"When I get an email from your site asking me to review my recent purchase from Open Sky I automatically thought my account had been hacked and some stranger had made a purchase using my data.....of course I immediately went to my account, signed in and checked to see what had been purchased and when....nothing.....I hadn't made any purchases through Open Sky and I knew if one had, it would have been by someone using my account without my knowledge... therefore I am cancelling my account and all emails attached to said account...in this day and age with all the hacking into accounts that is going on...no one needs to receiving an email asking about a purchase that wasn't made only to find out that a purchase wasn't made but causing a concern of account fraud....Thanks but no thanks!"

Stuck at the post office!!!

"I've never received my vintage men's/women's faux leather mutilated bracelet. I sent a note to your company but did not receive any reply or help. I have spoken to two postal supervisors; Otto Lacayo at ***-***-**** and a Vanessa Carson at the Rowland Hts. office. My package has not left the original post office and was never scanned in. I did a lost item complaint and the USPS updates me each month that they still have not found anything yet! "

Bait and switch

"Ordered a Pashmina scarf, received it in not too horrible an amount of time, considering how many on here say they never GOT what they paid for. but when I pulled it from the packaging, the light scarf had a **** streak folded to the inside where it couldn't be seen till it was opened. Wrote to complain, said I needed it for a wedding. Reply "well do you want to return for money back or have a replacement sent'. Time is critical, so I asked for a replacement. Nearly two weeks later, after two run around emails, I finally get, 'print out the return label at the bottom of this email, and send the item back (pay 9$ to ship a $7 screw up of theirs??? ).. and as soon as we can see the tracking is on return, we'll send you another."
Nope, you've got all the money I'm ever going to send you.

"When I got the request for a review, I dug out the PDF receipt and contacted the person I had it sent to. The product was never delivered.

Very disappointed.

"I used the sizing chart and the garments were way too small on top. I ordered a size up too. I could not get my arms through the holes to get over my shoulders. Now I'm stuck with 3 garments that don't fit and the cost of return is prohibitive. My bad for liking how the products looked and my ignorance for believing in you. I can't even return for a larger size with an expectation the replacement will fit let alone the cost to return is half the cost of the BoHo shirt dresses.... ( BOOHOO ) :((
So disappointed.
P.S. I feel the company should send me the next size without charge since I can't return due to $$. I won't give you any more of my money without a product to show for it. What should I do with what I received... Huh? I am stuck with it. Show good faith and send me the next size up on the BooHoo shirt dress's and it'll restore my faith in on line shopping.

OpenSky Review

"It's extremely "FUNNY" that you are asking for a review when I have been waiting, waiting and waiting to even receive my product. I have actually decided to contact the better business bureau to see what options I have. My suggestion to your company . . . make sure a product was received before you actually ask for a review. VERY DISAPPOINTED . . . AND THE FACT THAT MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED before I received the product makes this even more laughable."
