I had not purchased anything from this company before but I was pleased and relieved to find my decision to buy from them was a good one. The purchase was simple and straightforward. I received email confirmation of my order and later an email invoice and tracking number to follow my order, communications which let me know Olighting was sensitive to the customer experience throughout the transaction, from purchase to delivery.
