"I had a disappointing experience with this company. On 5/11/13 I ordered a lamp which they said was in stock and should ship in a few days. After several weeks of emails and phone calls, I still had no lamp and cancelled the order. On 6/28/13 I was contacted by Chris who apologized for the service problems I experienced and has promised to get the lamp for me as quickly as possible and expedite shipping. I will give the company a second chance and hope they live up to their promise."
