"I wish I had read some of these reviews before I attempted to purchase a couple of lights from this company. They take your money and they lie about when delivery is due. When you call and try to get clarification they make promises that are never kept. I have been buying goods over the internet for years but have never come across such a slippery, untrustworthy bunch as this lot. I finally had to put the matter into the hands of my credit company in order to obtain an outstanding and long overdue refund for goods that never arrived. At best this firm is completely incompetent at worst they are crooks."

"I ordered two bedside swing arm reading lamps from OLighting. Fulfillment is direct from the manufacturer. Things keep going wrong and Chris and Jose are there to help me get it corrected. "Extremely disappointed with this company. The lightings i ordered which showed available for delivery in 2-3 days were not delivered after 2 months. Chirs was not able to provide satisfactory reason for the delay. After waiting for 2 months and still not positive and confirm updates from oligghting, i decided to cancel the order. Olighting promised 110% customer satisfactotion and full refund. All lies! Two weeks past, no news from chris on when refund will be made. I am truely amaze by the number of excuses chris is able to come up with, always seems polite but holds no responsibility. Do not trust this company and this man. Worst online purchase experience ever!!!

"An Artemide lamp that is advertised as being in stock and shipping in 3-5 days (which I confirmed twice via phone) took 8 months to arrive. There were a plethora of mistakes, delays, miscommunications. OLighting has been my worst online experience ever.
That being said, I do appreciate that Chris C. tried to rectify the mistakes, and seemed sincere in his apologies. He offered two rebates, and - in the end - worked hard to get the situation sorted out."
