"Ordered from O lighting because the light I needed was in stock and they have a reasonable return policy. Despite a few miscommunications about how fast they would actually ship it, with contractor supply delays it was working out OK. However when we opened the box with the electrician there to install - 1 piece was broken. I immediately e-mailed them the photo of the problem and when they asked photos of the shipping box. "I called in to Olighting after calling numerous other companies looking for a very specific lamp. Every company before Olighting that I spoke to said it would take at least three to six months to ship this item to me. When I got on the phone with Olighting it was immediately an easier process! They quickly put me in touch with a man named chris, who asked me a couple of brief questions about the product I needed and then I asked him if this could be shipped to me by tuesday..... he told me that there was a very big sale going on and shipping typically could not be overnighted or even shipped out of the warehouse that quickly, but that if I could hold on he would see what he could do to help. Two minutes later, Chris not only ordered the amazing lamp for me but got it shipped out for me so that it be at my house a day earlier than I needed! Amazing! "I own a 7 year old Foscarini Orbital lamp. I did not purchase the lamp from olighting. When I called Olighting to inquire about a part I needed (the round glass which unfortunately my cleaning lady broke.) they were very helpful about finding me the part. I ordered the part and it took a couple of weeks to arrive. The sales person was very clear and honest with me. He said it would take a little time and that they normally do not like ordering parts. 3 weeks passed by when I finally received the part. When I opened the box the part they sent me was not correct. Instead of sending me the round piece they sent me the s glass. The next day I called customer service. They were extremely apologetic and told me that they would make good for the mistake. Because of my troubles they offered me a 20% discount on the item. They also told me to keep the wrong s shaped glass and the correct glass would be shipped to me in a couple of days.. I was floored with their actions. This is customer service at its best! I will definitely purchase other lamps from this retailer. They went the extra mile!"
