"After I did my usual internet “deal” search, Norman Camera had the best price. When I went back to their website to place my order, my item was out of stock. I telephoned the store to ask when my item would be restocked. The floor sales person who was very courteous and most accommodating said there was possibly stock in their other store. There was and he said he would have the item sent to the store from which they shipped their internet orders and that he could have it shipped to me in three business days. I received an email the following day that my item had shipped that day (less than 24 hours after I originally placed my order). My order arrived on my doorstep the following day in perfect condition. The only way Norman Camera could have improved my experience with them is if they were telepathic and had shipped my order to me before I placed it! I will definitely go out of my way to deal with Norman Camera whenever I can in the future. The Norman family is wonderful! "Wow! I heard via an online forum that they had the Canon 5D Mark III when several of the other big online retailers didn't. I had even preordered a few weeks back, but the camera was nowhere in sight. I placed my order after their business hours and intended to call in the morning to verify stock. They open at 8:00 in my time zone. At 7:56, I received a shipping notice! The camera arrived overnight and is beautiful. I couldn't be more pleased with the camera or with Norman's customer service. In the future, I will look to them for my photography needs."

"Very bad experience. Nice sales staff until I went back in to ask a question about one of the two cameras I purchased, then got the blow off. Returned a few months later for a warranty issue, they did send camera in but of course none of the repairs were covered. felt I would have had better service from a store like Best Buy, sad to say. Yes, Normans's did contact me after I wrote my first review, why I do not know. They still were not going to fix the camera that I supposedly "impacted" and I was simply reviewing the service I already received which was no different than I would have expected at a big box store. As I look for a camera to replace my "impacted" Nikon I honestly believe price will determine where I purchase as I have concluded service doesn't exist, only sales. "
