"I bought a canon 70-200mm f/2.8 L IS II which is a lovely and expensive lens. I drove from Lansing to Grand Rapids about an hour and ten minute drive, unfortunately I had the lens shipped Fedex since I could not pick up the lens on location do to a lack of communication/experience from one of the sales guys, which I think he didn't mean no harm, however on this note, a sales rep named Chris Sells turned it all around and Norman's Camera made a comeback and paid attention to my concern and made up for the short lived trouble.
