"I received my order on 28-JUNE-2010. 3-5 Business days, not too bad really. But my shipping choice was changed without my knowledge or consent from UPS to USPS. This was my biggest concern, and it seemed to have fell on deaf ears. The website chat with Jack was as if he did not care. The emails I send to NitroRCX.com's support, also seem to show a lack of interest in customer support. I could have ordered from a retailer on ebay or within canada that sold similar products. I save about $20 going through NitroRCX.com. I just don't know, due to the poor customer support, if I would order with them again, or recommend them to others. For the $131US ($135 CAD) I cannot complain about the product. Exceed and HSP are lower end products, but they seem fine for the price. It seems to be a generic type of RC, that just lacks the bells and whistles of a Traxxas or other "higher" quality products. But..who cares for the price??"

"so far this site is OK...i'll keep you posted...i ordered an electric starter for my RTR Nitro Truck and it was broke before it arrived...had to use a lot of pressure on the start button jus to get in to turn over and after 3 or 4 tries it just stopped working all together..i have to send it back to get it fixed or replaced....brought my truck from the same company for my Father's Day gift....and its still not broken in yet, because the pull stall broke...completely came out just after 4 pulls on the pull start...brought the electric starter and it doesn't work....a man only has 2 things in this world and you shouldn't break them for anyone...i'm sending it back and i'll let you know after the service i recieve and product...."

"I bought this buggy car for my son and it need to built a little stronger the drive shaft has already broken and thats just driving it normal. The glow pug already has to be replaced it doesnt light anymore after 3 hours of running.So far he only got to play with it once and that pretty sad for 151.00 dollars."

I purchase a Nitro Gas Madwarrior Truggy on 6/6/10, So far The car has been excellent and has been very impressive, it broke in doing very well and not having any problems with the tuning. I also think they did a well job on the suspensions as well as the big tires having a tremendous amount of torque turn them. All I had to do was get the feel of it and go easy allowing the engine to break in and keep track of the temperature for the first time. The only bad thing about it was the pull starter, with the string being so thin and the engine having allot of compression which is good! but the string didn't seem to Handel the stress, So I purchased a Electric starter But otherwise it is a great truggy."

"this is an OUTSTANDING gift. it took about 7 days to get (fast about 5 days to deliver cross country) ordered on a Friday delivered the next Friday, spent 9 1/2 hrs charging (gotta do it right or your gonna cheat your self out of power from your battery) the charger is great blinks red while charging then turns green when its ready(got to love it) Then next morning before the kids got up I'm out there like a kid during the holidays minus the snow, lucky enough to catch a beautiful Midwest morning(lol rare right) so here i am coffee and car and a 80'x30' drive way "let's get it in" powered the drift car up and to my surprise a welcome chirp Beeps from the digital esc( lol loven this) so i set it down a let her rip. well, lets just say this thing ice skates on pavement like nobodies business, its sliding around like the cars on the movies and this thing is fast (right out of the box no mods or up grades) so I'm out here for about 20mins and i still got power so i give it a small break and take it back in the house before any questions arise about this grown man out here at 7:30 am with a car looking silly took it back out later on and ran it for about 15-20 more minutes and still had juice but i charged it any ways because i was done and wanted to get rdy for a full test later that night with LEDs installed and video rdy lol sry so long but it was a great car and UNBEATABLE price"
