"Buyers, please be aware, these folks are cons if your order is incorrect, damaged or you need to return items. I placed an order with them on June 7th 2009 and did not receive the correct items when i received my order. I ordered a Nitro RC Car and tools. When i received my order, the car body was wrong and three tools where damaged. After noting each issue, I called them and asked to return my order asking them to reship everything correctly. They said NO, it will be easier and quicker for us to send you new tool parts and the correct car body and matching wheels stating for me to keep the old tools and body and parts. I agreed, and they promised to send me everything within two business days. Well after a week I never heard or received the items so i sent them an email, their email reply said someone would call me within two business days. After a few days no one called me as promised so i try to call them. After two evenings of trying, i finally get through to someone (very long hold times). They said oh sir, we've been waiting for your parts and they came in today, we are shipping your parts today, you shall receive your parts in a week. Great,, i thought. And after another week I receive or hear nothing, so again i went through the ordeal of contacting them again and finally got through 'again'. When i got through again, they appoligized 'big time', stating they screwed up and they shall ship everything to me and get it 'right' this time. Well again, this time after getting back from two weeks of vacation i still had nothing. So i call them again, and guess what? they said they screwed up again along with more appoligies and promises. But this time i asked to return everything, as i have not used the items, and wanted a refund due to their poor customer support. They said 'NO WAY', why are you expecting us to give you a refund for a order over 30 days. They were not going there, would have nothing to do with it, acted like i insulted them. (in my mind they basicaly said 'screw you sir') all they would do again is offer more promises. Well folks guess what, it's well over two months and I still have the wrong order, broken tools and I am very very unhappy. These people riped me off and have no ill feelings about it. The best i can do now is try to warn you to beware of their tactics. If you do buy something from them make sure to use a reputable credit card company. And if you need to return an item for a refund, make sure you demand to get this done within 30-days from purchase. Call your credit card company the same day you call them requesting returns or refunds. Your credit card company will back you if you do this, but follow up within the 30 days. Nitrorcx knows all the tricks in the book to screw the consumer and they will screw you, I almost think they get a kick out of it, it's a game i think. I got screwed, so I'm trying to help you avoid this.. good luck and be aware"

"Hello Sorry to say that I was a little disappointed when I tried to get a few questions answered on your live chat. I waited over 20 minutes before I gave up.When we received our truck it looked like someone had gone through the box and didn`t pack the stuff back properly. The extra battery pack was opened and and must have been bouncing around during transit. The anntena on the transmitter was partially up and was bent. when my son tried to bend it back it broke.Whats going on with the shipping department? I went on your web site to try to find a replacement and no luck. When I went to your live chat I couldn`t get to talk to a rep, I waited for 20 minutes and gave up.One other question why does my batteries only last about ten minutes? How do I get a new antenna?
