"Had a lot of trouble getting this programme to work for me. So, I was only receiving a mono recording even though the system was set up for stereo...it turned out that the deck I was using had failed. Bough a new deck and the same problem persisted! . So I'm thinking something seriously wrong with this software? Well, it's been a good few weeks now since I was trading information with the 'team' and it eventually appeared that the system was clashing with the previous software. Anyhow, all is now working correctly after the 'team' guided me through a process to wipe the slate clean and start over. One again guys, thank you for your patience."
"I purchased the Moneyline software to track my various bank accounts and where my money goes after QuickBooks crashed and Intuit would not provide any help. I loaded Moneyline and started entering data from the first of the year to get up to date and prepare for the future. When I was advised to register the software and enter a validation code (which they supplied) but then noted that it related to Windows 4.2 - whereas I was on Windows 10 - I emailed support as I feared registering and entering a mismatched validation code would create a problem. I received a response from Irish within about an hour (that's phenomenal response time in the computer/software business) with very clear and easy instructions on what to do. I followed those instructions and within just minutes I was up and running. Never have I been so satisfied with any company's support department. Irish and NCH are deserving of the "Best of the Best" award.

"I discovered NCH Software with WavePad, which I regularly use to translate CDs from the library to a format that I can use with Bluetooth in my car. When the library came out with a different product, I went to SoundTap. My wife wanted me to record some exercise videos for her -- hence Debut and VideoPad. One day, out of the blue, I got a come-on from NCH for their business software -- I didn't know they even made business software. I downloaded MoneyLine and almost immediately migrated from Quicken to MoneyLine. All of these products work as advertised, and NCH's tech support has always been there to help with problems. It might seem problematic that they are located in Australia, while I'm located in Ohio, but the time difference has never been a problem. This is a sound company with sound products."
