" After many years using NCH software for audio, I tried an image processing program. It demonstrated some odd behaviors (a common occurrence with Win-12 weekly updates these days) , which I could not wait to be corrected by NCH or Microsoft, so I requested a refund the same day I placed my order.

"I'm 78 and retired and just needed an online checkbook. I chose the free software and had a question with loading. Since I wasn't a paying customer at the end of my email NCH said it may be awhile in response for priority went to paying customers. Jorge got back with me in 1 hour and problem solved. "'Been using PRISM Video File Converter and licensed to it since Windows XP. Now in recent times with our Tablets and Smartphones, it comes in really handy. Despite having Gigabytes of storage, it is good to take control of using it for file size and quality.

"I spent a week working with Apple and several tech reps to take care of a problem using WORD and my transcription software, Express Scribe, and my foot pedal control from Transcription Gear. Finally, after having tried to backdown my iMac Operating system and several interactions with NCH I finally got an upgrade to my Express Scribe and it solved the problem of ghost script appearing in my documents as I transcribed from an MP3 file: I had to update the foot pedal and the NCH software had a fix in the latest revision for MAC. Wonderful service from all three companies and it now works perfectly. Also note that the Infinity 3 is only different from the Infinity 2 in the plug so all referrals to it as it is set up in Express Scribe work with the upgrade and iMac Monterey SW. Great help from all NCH, Apple, and Transcription-Gear employees. So very nice to have phone contact when needed.

"My primary need for Motion Detection video capture led me to the Beta version of Pro Edition Debut Video Capture software, which had all the functionality beyond what I desired, but the documentation for how to use it was not yet released. After searching for any instruction or tips explaining how each setting functioned I contacted Technical Support for issues I may have brought on myself by experimenting with the settings.

The response and follow up was quick and comfortable. The positive attitude, and the understanding of my issue, was prompt and thorough, which led to a quick solution.

Working with talented, solution driven, and exceptionality skilled people is always a pleasure, though often rare in these days.
