"That feels like a rip-off. You pay for a license, you use the program, put up with constant crashes, and other bugs, then, they inform you that there's a new version. You upgrade and your registration code does not work anymore. You need to pay for an upgrade. If it's been more than 6 months since you paid for a version, then upgrading means you have to pay again, even though the new version just has fewer bugs. Oh, and since I didn't back up my old version, I'm completely out of luck unless I pay again. This has happened to me on 2 of the products I have bought. Very disappointed."

"Transferring from Windows 7 to iMAC OS my 2010 Word Home and Student documents wouldn't open. Something to do with 32bit and 64bit incompatibility. However I was pointed towards a converter and found Doxillion was described as the most suitable. Small hitch when getting started but NCH customer support helped me through it and now it is operating very efficiently and solving my problem. "
"I now have 5 programs from NCH, Switch, Wavepad, Recordpad, Expressburn, and last Sound Tap. It seems that I forgot how to use my own computer to register the last product. I was guided through the process by Kae, in a professional, and non-judgmental process. "Purchased expressburn to use for data backup on M-disc. When I found a missing feature that for me was vital - multiple disc burning - asked if this feature was available, they said no, had a response within hours confirming I could cancel, when they couldn't find my payment reference with my email, emailed me immediately to request more information and reimbursed me immediately with follow-up email to confirm. What a treat. Will certainly be looking at NCH for other solutions."

"I had forgotten to back up three NCH Software programs (Pixillion, Doxillion, and PhotoPad) onto a flash drive when I knew my old computer was going to die. FORTUNATELY, I had saved a printed copy of the email from when I purchased them 3-1/2 years ago. Just a quick email to the support team with info off my purchase confirmation email and within just a few hours, links to re-register the programs again. Took less than 5 mins. Couldn't be happier with the customer support I got."

"Quite problematic at first. Order page was malfunctioning and charged me 3 times for the same registration code. I kept being redirected to the customer support service who, when they answered asked me the same questions I had already answered in the previous 5 emails. A knight in shining armour by the name of Josh galloped on to the scene, refunded my money and put everything right in 5 minutes flat. I think they should sack all the others and get Josh to run everything. As far as the software goes I have Prism Video File Converter and Videopad Editor. They are both a joy to use and intuitive. They work like a dream. I have no hesitation in recommending NCH products to anyone who asks provided that Josh comes as part of the bundle!"
"Program is awesome in user-friendly; however you pay and get no email-assistance nor chat nor phone-assistant with the fact that every save of added edit gives you deteriorated audio garble. The program does NOT even work without an online registration-check every time you open the program which means it is worthless in a work situation since it requires online connection of which every online computer i ever had brought in virus; so for them to sell you anything that must make online contact connection is a forced-****. Further, despite clearer pictures than FREE Filmora9, they are not as clear as your uploads; just like windows paint which degrades your JPGs. They are a UK company **** American customers in this way. Your windows 7 copy cannot be run on win10 in win7 mode because the online connect deliberately says its a win 7 program and you must now by win10 version. They could not do this if the original win 7 version is truly yours in buying. For them to say you are buying this but we will take it away when ever is communism UK ruling USA which is also no longer free equal rights either."
