"On Downloading Windows 11 numerous glitches popped up,including when I wanted to work on Photostage I received a Blue screen warning that a error had occured and we are going to check your system.This happened everytime and Simon was instrumental in assisting me to overcome this external intrusion.Windows 11 has got a reputation for subverting users into their way of directing users into which application is best for them,them being Microsoft.Keep up the good work at NCH your product is much appreciated and easy to use.Many thanks John"

"I volunteer for an animal welfare organization. To receive donations, it is important that the photos are perfect. I edit the pictures of our shelter with PhotoPad. It's easy to do, and you can quickly create impressive pictures and effects. Afterwards, the pictures will be watermarked and text added with Pixillion image converter and converted to the appropriate file formats. The experience with these two programs has given me the courage to edit videos with VideoPad in the future."

"The software itself is fine, I have used it for simple splicing of videos and messing around with audio levels for about 2 years. very basic edits. Not a lot of complaints. Then why the 1 star review?

Because these money hungry b******* invalidated my product code and will no longer allow me to use the software I PURCHASED WITH MONEY until I BUY IT AGAIN. Yes, you read that correctly. I started up the software today, to a popup saying "software update available". Ok, cool. I update the software successfully, it restarts. "You are using a demo version, if you have a registration code, please enter it now." So I fished the registration code out of my email from 2 years ago, enter it in, and am informed that "this code is from a previous version of the software, in order to use this software you will need to purchase a new registration code. We are offering you a 50% discount, since you are 'upgrading'"

You scummy people wont get a single penny more out of me. Not only am I not purchasing the software again, I also intend to leave a negative review on as many product pages of yours as I can find. Your chutzpah to just revoke access to a product I PURCHASED and ASK ME FOR MORE MONEY is egregious."

"Having purchased Express Scheduler approximately 30 months ago I needed to reinstall the software onto my new laptop; this was easy, but regrettably, due to change of my email address I was unable to find the original registration code. Checking the nchsoftware site I was able to find a contact by email tab, which I clicked on and asked for support; amazingly, within the hour I received an email clearly identifying the process I needed to follow which allowed me to reactivate the software! Great support and fantastic service!"

"The PhotoPad Image Editor offered me the ability to add text to photos with complete control of all parameters including position and angle. Adjusting the size and position of the photo is difficult and spouratic. A set of selectible, fixed settings would be better than trying to use a mouse. The product support people were very responsive and helpful!"

Had an issue that I couldn't resolve without assistance so I visited the NCH website and accessed the forum. Still couldn't find an answer so I sent a request to customer service. Within just a short time, Gigi with NCH Customer Support sent an email with instructions which, when followed, resolved the issue.

"13 years ago, I needed a audio editor for a project I was doing for a university and stumbled on WavePad by NCH. It was simple and intuitive, yet powerful. When the COVID Pandemic shut down universities in the spring of 2020, I needed video editing software. I had forgotten the name of the company from a decade earlier, but when I downloaded and opened VideoPad, I recognized the interface from WavePad. Yes, it was as intuitive and powerful as WavePad! I have recommended it to colleagues and it is on the recommended list at the University.
I recently had to replace my computer and received superb support transferring my licence to the new computer. Nik, Christian, and Mark were the ones that responded to my questions.
One suggestion: Allow the user to specify more than one customer service rep when doing the satisfaction survey, since questions get answered by the next available person, rather than assigning one person to each case.
One relatively minor complaint: As NCH is based in Australia, the time zone difference can cause some asynchronicity. It would be nice if they could find a way to alleviate that issue."
