"I was glad to find a vendor that offered a variety of barebones packages. I did not realize that the barebones components I ordered would be assembled into a computer system prior to being shipped. It took longer than promised to ship the items, but once out the door, the system arrived in just a couple of days. Any documentation for the components must be downloaded, as none comes with the shipment. I was disappointed that the Windows 11 software I ordered would not arrive in any physical form unless I forked over $30 more for a USB thumb drive. Otherwise, I was told, I would just get an activation key and would have to create the medium on my own. I forked over the extra money. The system is up and running now, and I am pleased with how things are going with Windows 11 and the new hardware."

They did put in one component that was not what I ordered but when I questioned it, they made it right and apologized for the mix-up. The PC was very well packaged and I had no problems with the delivery. I would, and probably will, deal with this company again."

I get an email trying to upgrade items like wiring and thermal paste etc. Options that should be offered online or just included for a quality built computer. No mention that the computer he built didn't have wifi capability. Wasn't included nor suggested by the "tech" following up on the sales. Kids pretty much expect it."
