"I ordered the machine I thought I wanted, and a few days later got a callback suggesting a few reasonable upgrades and compatibility changes. That was very nice knowing that someone is looking over the customization, and looking for improvements and compatibility issues. The machine arrived a week or so after that. Everything is working perfectly. I waited a few weeks before filling out this review to see if any problems popped up. Nothing yet. This is my third machine from these folks, and they did the same thing four or five years ago regarding suggesting improvements for my intended use. Fast builds, fast shipping."

"Everything was fine and I was satisfied until they decided to upsell me. I have over 20 years experience with computers and computer systems and I knew if certain things were compatible or not. They proceeded to tell me certain hardware parts would not work with others. While I understand they need to make a profit, I am not a fan of attempting to upsell someone who has made a major purchase with your company. Like I said the machine itself works great. But I will be second guessing on making another purchase based solely on the attempt to make me pay for more stuff."
