She acts put out when conversing and is rude and acts self important.
The quality of build by their tech team, is great and professional.
Elena, however, is not someone that should represent your company.
They should do away with rude, uncaring and unprofessional persons such as Elena.
I'll look else where for my next build.

Now I'm still going to say those first impressions weren't the best, however, after follow up support with tech Guy Tom and his team to check multiple factors on what is faulting, I spoke with Max. Again there possibly was a barrier of misunderstanding, he wanted to make sure that I understood what needed to be done while also accommodating for my needs as well. You still need to call their phone line a few times before it will actually take you through the automated system though instead of dropping the call sometimes"

One part on the frame was a little warped but I couldn't tell whether it was from shipping. Overall nice build though"
"I've bought two systems from MM over the last ten years. They were a great company way back when I purchased the first PC, this experience was less than stellar however.
I ordered a laptop on the 19th, on the 22nd I received an email attempting to upsell me on parts. Oof. The email asked me if I wanted to include a wireless networking card with my laptop...which I had already included in the order. This email very much read as if it was a canned message sent out on every order in an attempt to upsell customers on parts and reading through these reviews confirms that. I replied to this email within 30 minutes and it took them two days to respond to my refusal, which in turn likely delayed my laptop, which finally shipped on the 29th. Don't upsell people and then not get back to them promptly. Better yet don't try to upsell people at all, it comes off like a skivvy used car salesman.
I'll give them three stars because ultimately the product was what I ordered and works perfectly fine. Their CS really needs some work however. "

The system was shipped promptly, was well packed, and arrived with no problems."
