"I was going to build my own computer as I have done several times before; but due to not being able to locate the CPU I was intersted in at a reasonable price. I reluctantly I went with a custom build by MagicMicro. They built and sent me the computer quickly as promissed. I was dreading installing Windows 10, my two hardrives and my DVD drive; I was expecting some frustration. But everything went with unbelievable ease. There was one error with one of the devices. I called the technical service which answered within a minute and solved the problem with ease. Very happy with the experience."

"This was my first time shopping with Magic Micro. Unfortunately the PC case I wanted was on back order. Customer Service not only went out of her way to find me a case similar to the one I wanted, it was actually better than the one I originally wanted. There was also a compatibility issues with some of the parts I ordered. All of the issues were addressed and resolved before it even went out to assembly. For a custom built computer they were fast getting it out to me. The have already recommend them to several of my gaming friends. This will be the place I get all of my computers from from now on."

"Everything about this experience was positive...I ordered a 'barebones+': case, psu, mobo, cpu w/liquid cooling. Magic Micro got back to me quickly with questions/suggestions, letting me know that the case and liquid cooler were incompatible (helped me decide what to change). I then needed to add a video card, and they added it without any fuss.

When I received the build, it was extremely well assembled...cables neatly tied, etc. Not sure that I could have expected anything more. Will happily recommend them and come back to them for future purchases."
