"I was in the process of putting together a new computer, something I do only rarely. In the process, I found their web site, which allows you to start with a bare bones system and make modifications, this is not unique, but it is a nice one. I had several questions during the process, emailed their tech support, and had an answer the same day. Some of these questions were easy. Placing the order was routine but out credit card screwed up and cancelled it! We called customer support, talked to a real person, explained the situation, and it was all taken care of while we were still on the phone. This did not change the delivery schedule one bit. I then rec'd an email from them, pointing out some inconsistencies (some real, some only apparent) and some upgrades I could order, complete w/pricing. I selected two and significantly improved my system for not much. Shipping and deliver were on schedule and I rec'd my computer all built and tested.
I opened up the unit and what a disappointment, I didn't get the motherboard I ordered. Supply lines being what there are, this is bound to happen. I was happy with the back panel and performance, but going on retail price alone it seem I wasn't getting an equal value board. I wrote to tech support and pointed out my problem. They got right back to me, with an email, pointed out the substitution was actually an upgrade, went through a comparison of the two boards, feature for feature, and explained that the retail price mismatch was do due recent price hikes because that board is out of stock almost everywhere. They also suggested an easy way to check that out, which I did. What could I say, thanks for the upgrade!

This was a long review, but the bottom line is short...all aspects of support at MagicMicro are better than anything in my experience."
