I purchased a Takamine EF340SBG Pro Series guitar which is everything it was billed to be and more. I found the same guitar at a competing online seller and Kraft said they would match the price. Still waiting on the store credit but I'm confident they'll come through. Kraft hooked me up with an all solid wood top of the line guitar for a dirt cheap price including the Takamine case, guitar stand, leather strap, guitar polish and cleaning rag, strings and string winder and picks. A fantastic buy. These guitars won't last and I can't see Kraft Music selling them at their current price when everyone else is selling them for 1749.00 and more. "While searching the web for various digital pianos and keyboards the Kraft Music site popped up. I spent a lot of time on their site watching their videos and comparing their prices to other sites. No one could beat their price package which included a bench, light, headphones & free shipping. I e-mailed some questions and Adam Berzowski answered them very promptly. "We recently bought a Yamaha YDP-181 from them. Online experience was good, nice website, good package deal where in they added a Light, Headset and Song book for a $ 1 more than the price of the instrument. Shipped though DBSchenker - basically said free but beware - free is just to drop a 200lbs box on the end of your driveway, so we opted for the enhanced Delivery - $40 charge for them to drop it inside the house - basic ground level with no steps etc. Box came in good condition, within 4 days - great communication on the status of the package. But the shipper sent only one guy (medium to light built) to haul the boxes and he is at the door step expecting you to give him a hand to lift this huge box. Threw my back out helping this person. This is unacceptable - to charge extra to drop it off inside the house and send one person "team" to do the job.
Be careful look elsewhere at Amazon for a store with a better shipper."

They offered the most economical package, with the keyboard, bench, stand, pedals, headphones...I'm glad we did the package instead of adding to the keyboard little by little. I loved the video example posted on the site - it was what clinched the final sale. Once the piano arrived, we received a personal email to confirm our satisfaction, then received another a few months later. Their customer support is top notch."
"Shipping is slow! They use DB Schenker which guaranteed delivery in 5 business day. I bought a Korg LP350 on Monday and I have not received the package by the next Tue. So, I called the company and turned out they said the freight is ready to be delivered and I finally got to make an appointment for delivery. This was exactly not what I have been told! Kraftmusic told me the truck driver would call me once the item is in my area. But, it's obviously not the case, it appeared that if I didn't call them, I would have to wait indefinitely. Ok, then they offer me delivery time of 10am - 2pm Wed to Fri (do they still remember it's been more than a week?). I am not happy with the confusing appointment system and the fact that they never try to notify me with tracking update
(online tracking always show it's departed from Chicago and I am in California) rather than the late shippment. Highly unsatisfied with the whole logistics. "
