"Horrible experience! After ordering a $500 foot pedal and waiting a week for it to arrive, I opened the package to find the wrong foot pedal – more than half of the cost of the one I ordered. When I called to complain and have the problem fixed, the boys at Kraft music made it sound like it was my fault. They would not send me the right pedal until they received the one they had sent by mistake. Okay – so another two weeks of waiting for my pedal I thought. I told them that this is my first order with Kraft and that I wasn’t happy. I asked that they compensate me for my inconvenience – pay for next day shipping or send me a gig bag – anything to get the bad taste out of my mouth. NO! AGAINST COMPANY POLICY. Alright I said. Just give me my money back and forget this whole thing happened. The manager said they could refund my money MINUS the shipping fees for them having to pick up their mistake. A $24 fee for me to leave with nothing. He did say because I was so patient they could send me a cable for my trouble. A CABLE? A #$@%ING CABLE!!?? So I didn’t get my money back and I’m still waiting for my foot pedal. Never again will this company have my business. I hope you read this before placing an order and that my testimony will save you some heartache. VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!!!!

ADDENDUM: After reading the above review, the manager called me to say that in this "special circumstance" they would pay the $24 fee to pick up their mistake and refund my payment in full. He did offer to throw in a gig bag if I still wanted to do business with them and if I edited the above review. Too little too late???? I am sending back the mistake and taking the refund. Thanks anyway.......

ADDITIONAL COMMENT: Waiting for a product to ship IS an understandable inconvenience. What is not understandable is Kraft's 10 business-day return inspection policy. After the mistake was returned to their warehouse, two weeks passed before my money was refunded. Kraft received my payment of $500.95 on 1/18/11. They refunded the payment on 2/14/11. It doesn't take a financial genius to know that money makes money and that anytime someone holds that much money for that long with no provision of service they must pay interest. Judging by other comments though, it sounds like customers are ecstatic, even surprised, when they receive the right package at the scheduled time. -"I payed for it, they shipped it, I got it. Wow! Extremely impressed!"- ... REALLY? Either people's expectations for good service have plummeted or a few Kraft employees also have ResellerRatings accounts. Either way they shouldn't be trusted with your money. Up to you.... "

Just received my guitar from Kraft Music. I am incredibly pleased with the condition of the instrument along with the accompanying items it came with in the package. I purchased a Yamaha FG700s complete guitar package and I must say the guitar is pristine. The packaging was great and was shipped UPS. All the extras such as the stand and tuner were included in the same box. The items were received on schedule. If they continue this type of service combined with quality products I would not even hesitate to order from Kraft Music again.

"Just received our CE200 Piano. Came in excellent condition. We we're one of the lucky ones. Our delivery driver brought it into our house, instead or road side delivery. Maybe becasuse it was 9pm at night. Don't know why, but sure was happy. This is a very heavy unit so make sure you have help. The assembly was very easy, only needed 2 peolpe. The unit is beautiful and sounds excellent. Kraft Music store employee Adam was of excellent service. Thes tracking of our shippment was excellent, also. Can't say enough good things about Kraft Music and delivery service. Also, recommend The Kawai CE200, it is a beautiful Piano with professional feel and sound of a Grand Piano. "I know this company through youtube video. At that time, I am looking for demonstration of an Yamaha acoustic guitar. After realized that they posted quite a lot of guitar demonstration, I go ahead and check their website. The bundle package is so awesome. I placed my order and received it on time. However, the tuner is missing. Called with the customer service then they immediately sent another one to me. I like this company and will definitely suggest to my friend. 10/10 stars rating.

"Wow am I impressed with the folks at Kraft music. I purchased a new Fender acoustic guitar a few weeks ago. The price was competitive and right on the money but got even better when I opted for the "guitar essentials" bundle. For an additional $10 I got at least $30 real dollars of brand name quality merchandise including a gig bag, guitar stand and strings. This was not leftover stuff they had hanging around the back room. The extras were good quality items that were worth a a lot more than the extra money I paid.

My purchase was packed to survive any shipping mishap and the order was delivered on time and in great condition. The guitar rocks and looks and sounds as good as they promised. This was a great buying experience. I have ordered from three other major online music retailers and while all three had good service, Kraft had the best service. They even sent me an email the day the package arrived confirming that it had been delivered. No retailer has ever done that for me.

While surfing for a Birthday and Graduation gift (at the lowest price) for my son I came across The Kraft Music website. I was impressed with the deals. They were the lowest on the web for what I was looking for. I ordered and was impressed with the speed and ease of the process. I am a web developer and programmer and the website is set up better than most. From ordering to delivery the customer service was over the top. I called once to verify some information. Shipping was on time and the large packages were in excellent condition with none of the typical rips, tears or crush damage.
