"I bought the Yamaha Genos digital workstation keyboard complete home bundle. It sounds absolutely amazing! Also, customer service is amazing as well. I was helped by a very pleasant and helpful sales advisor named “Briggs” (Michael Brigham) extension 4034. He guided me through the financing process. Synchrony Bank only approved me for about half of the cost of my purchase. But Briggs, from Kraft Music offered to assist in getting my credit approval raised. Even twice if need be.
Many times I have placed orders with many different companies. And I must say, this is by far, the best customer service experience I have ever had! Briggs took the time to answer mine and my husband’s questions. Briggs was knowledgeable, and you can tell he enjoys his job. I felt as though I was placing an order from a family member as it was quite obvious that he cares about his customers a great deal. I’m hoping he gets rewarded with a handsome raise in pay.

I bought a Yamaha drum kit for my son for Christmas and got a great price after working with Adam Berzowski. The shipping was lightning fast and the kit arrived in excellent condition. I placed an order for an electronic drum kit I wanted through Kraft Music because their price was great and they accepted Amazon Credit Card purchases. When I went to complete my order however, I had issues with the Amazon Credit Card being refused. I tried a couple of times and then finally called Kraft's Customer Service line to try to resolve. The representative at Kraft could not see why Amazon was rejecting the purchase, but he immediately offered me several other payment alternatives and upgraded elements of my order for no extra charge. I got the order payment issue resolved, my order was processed very quickly, and I received follow up communications from Kraft Music every step of the way. "I just placed my first order with Kraft music... It took a couple of days to sort of figure out exactly what I was going to get and how to get the best deal. I had the pleasure of being helped by a very pleasant and helpful guy named "Briggs" (Michael Brigham).
I had my heart set on a particular Taylor acoustic, but the limit on my Synchrony card for Kraft Music wasn't quite high enough. Briggs was nice enough to not only call to see about getting my limit raised once, but TWICE! Through his go-getter mentality, he was able to help me have enough credit to purchase everything I wanted and even a few more things I wanted, but wasn't expecting to be able to get.

We purchased a digital piano as a gift for one of our children. We found the best price bundle with Kraft and the buying experience was easy. Delivery was on time and well before the holidays. However, upon setting up the piano Christmas day, we discovered several of the keys would not depress. Nine of them were completely stuck. Next day we called Kraft, who solved our problem immediately. They offered to replace the keyboard, emailed a return shipping label (at no cost to us) and agreed to ship the replacement keyboard to our son's home (saving him that expense)!
