"I was pleased with the service I got from Kraft Music. The order was delivered as promised and everything in the order was correct. I worked with Adam. He was friendly, and there was absolutely no pressure from him. I was a little hesistant to order that much from any online retailer, but Kraft made it easy with customer friendly policies designed to alleviate any concerns by just offering to ship back any defective product on their own dime. Saying that about a $50 one pound product is one thing. Saying that about a thousand dollar product that weighs over a hundred pounds is something else!
