What a disappointment for my Mother’s Day

"Ordered $200plus worth flowers for Mother's Day, never delivered and automatically rescheduled for next day, y do I still need the flowers? F'ing Mother's Day is OVER! Can't never trust them! Try other alternatives... bottom line if you couldn’t handle the volume of businesses, stop f’ing taking orders that you couldnt produce!"

Worst floral delivery company

"Worst floral delivery company ever.
I've ordered from them a few times.
This time I ordered for someone for a serious illness. They emailed me stating they were delivered on Saturday the 3rd. I spoke to the recipient a couple days later. Never got the flowers. I called, and the "from you flowers" customer service said they spoke to the florist on Saturday and they were closed. They'd deliver them Monday. NEVER TOLD ME, just the email stating already delivered on Saturday.
The phone conversation on Monday, the CS put me on hold, told me she spoke to the florist and they'd be delivered today (Wednesday) before noon.
Now FYF called saying they don't deliver to that area. WTH? SERIOUSLY.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

BUYER BEWARE

"WORST COMPANY EVER! FLOWERS WILL NOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME!! Purchased flowers with Just Flowers because they guaranteed same day delivery. Flowers NOT DELIVERD. I called the next day (hope you enjoy speaking with people from China that barely speak English, because that is who you will get), was again PROMISED they would be there that day. I check back in the afternoon, only to find they have now scheduled it for the 3rd day out, which does NO GOOD, AS THE PERSON TO RECEIVE THE FLOWERS WILL NO LONGER BE IN THE HOSPITAL. Called again, disconnected from Customer Service 3 times, then ended up calling the 'Sales' line on the 4th try...sure, they answer that line, and no disconnection! Stated I wanted a refund, which was ignored, and told they would deliver the next day at a new address with apology note. From reading other reviews now, I see this is a common tactic of Just Flowers, and I will have to follow up again. They bait and switch, don't keep their word, do not provide customer service, nor feel at all compelled to assist the customer. BUYER BEWARE...go to 1800 Flowers or a local shop!"

Run. Run. Run. Do not waste your money here.

"I had ordered flowers from justflowers before and they did not deliver in a timely manner. They sent me a 10.00 off my next purchase as an apology. Sometimes stuff happens that just can't be helped, so I thought I'd give them another try.
I ordered flowers for someone who had just tragically lost their dog and the delivery was supposed to happen the day after I made the purchase. My discount code would not work so I used their chat feature to speak with someone who told me they'd have to finish taking my order over the phone in order to give me the discount. After what seemed forever, we got the order figured out and I was told they'd process my card the following day when someone was back in the office. Normally companies will send you a confirmation of your purchase and give you updates on when your flowers are on their way and when they are delivered. This company offers crickets. Complete silence. I sent an inquiry through their website like they suggest and also an email for updates regarding my purchase. I had to call them to find out if the flowers had been delivered, the representative said they hadn't and they would have to put me on hold and figure it out. The rep put me on hold for 5 minutes and then I was hung up on. I really didn't want to call the person to see if they'd received their flowers due to the sensitive nature of the reason for the flowers in the first place. So much time had passed that I then felt odd about trying to send flowers from another company. I figured I would have to go to my CC to file for fraud. The person finally got their flowers 6 days after I had ordered them and called to thank me. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company. I got no feedback or apology for their late delivery of flowers that really needed to be delivered in a timely manner. VERY disappointed.

Just Excuses

" So you should just change your name to “Just Excuses”. We ordered flowers to be delivered March 13. At 6:30 we called to ask where are the flowers. We were put on hold then hung up on....... twice. After the second hang up we got a text so sorry from them. That was our first communion from them. 30 minutes, our third call, later we were told so sorry they will arrive in two more days March 15th with an apology. Today at 6PM our daughter called and said no flowers again. Called customer service, same woman answered, ask where flowers were, put on hold, they hung up..... twice. Third time told her do not put me on hold. She said sorry we will put them on order for tomorrow. Where has order been? We ask for supervisor, put on hold for 15 minutes, finally Franco answered. Offered, wait for it ..$10.00 refund on $111.00 flower order and would try to get them to her tomorrow. When we questioned the $10.00 refund he increased it to $15.00. Whoop!!!! We hope she gets her birthday flowers tomorrow and they are the largest size we ordered. If not I’ll write another review. As it stands I could never recommend Just Flowers to anyone. My advice Just Say No to Just Flowers.

This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

"If I could give them a minus ten stars, I would do it. I'm writing after my third notice that this place was unable to deliver flowers for the third day in a row. At first they told me no local florists would deliver my arrangement for what I paid. Since it was already a day late for my sister's birthday, I told them to go ahead and deliver with an apology note. Now, its three days since the birthday and I just got yet another notice (3rd) that they are unable to deliver. After sitting on hold for 15 minutes, I am calling my bank to figure out how to reverse the charge. This business stinks!! I would never use them again! "

Horrible and rude to grieving family

"HORRIBLE/RUDE/DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR. I never write reviews but this company is the worst I have ever dealt with. We had a death in the family and I ordered sympathy flowers. The bunch that arrived wasn’t anything like the one I ordered and half the size using cheap flowers. The colours they chose were disrespectful for a sympathy bunch and the ugliest flowers I’ve ever seen in my life. I spoke to TERESA on the phone and she basically ended up shouting at me and was extremely sarcastic. Mocking my English accent when saying sorry and laughing at me in the process. I was disgusted and was bought to tears. What more can I say. A family is grieving and we get mocked and shouted at. PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE ROBBING PEOPLE BLIND"

RIP OFF - SCAMMERS... Avoid ordering anything from JustFlowers.com

"THIEVES… In business to deceive and steal from consumers.
This company is the most unprofessional I've ever dealt with. I ordered what should have been an arrangement of ASSORTED ORANGE flowers for $163. What was delivered to my dear friend were yellow and red roses that were thrown into a vase by presumably a 3 year old. Different colors, different fillers, no ribbon, etc. To make matters worse, JustFlowers' customer service offered to credit me $10. This when they didn't even have an explanation as to why my Invoice/Order reads "Sunset Rose", which is a $64.99 corsage. Spent two days asking to speak to a supervisor/manager and kept being thrown around, and promised I'd get a call back. Never happened... until I posted negative reviews on social media. Theresa, Customer Service Manager/Supervisor called, only to insult me further. She'd in the wrong line of work... rude, condescending, and arrogant. They are THIEVES! It's no wonder they have all the disclosures to cover their ****... They can substitute everything and anything... and bring you scraps. Thieves! Better off at Fresh Market... huge variety of gorgeous roses $16.99 / dozen.

FORGED MY MOM'S SIGNATURE

"I ordered flowers on 1/18 for delivery on 1/23. I paid an express fee to have it delivered by noon because my mom was going to be out in the afternoon.
My mom called me late Saturday night (1/23) to state she did not receive the flowers. I called Just Flowers on Sunday, 1/24 to complain. They said they can't do anything until the local florist gets back to them. They said they would call me back. They did not. I called later in the day on 1/24 and told them that my mom got a call from the local florist saying they couldn't deliver on Saturday and if she wanted the flowers today. She said no and that she wanted a refund. The rep again said that they said they still need to confirm with the florist (the rep would not release the name of the name of the florist to me) but they claim the florist was CLOSED on a Sunday (I told her that's impossible since they called my mom on Sunday) and that someone would get back to me. No one did. I called TWICE on Monday, 1/25 and was told that the florist is claiming they DID deliver it and that they had a delivery log. I asked to see the log and it was emailed to me. It stated that the flowers were delivered at 4:10pm and there was a signature. Except...it wasn't my mom's signature. Whoever forged it spelled my mom's first and last name wrong. Terribly wrong. Also...my mom was at dinner at 4pm so there's no way it was delivered. The customer service rep kept insisting that it was delivered and I said it wasn't. So the rep did NOT believe me. Fast forward to Tuesday, 1/26. I called my mom's community club house and spoke to the manager. I asked if there were any deliveries made around 4pm. She said a local florist, FLOWERS TO GO (West Palm Beach) tried to deliver at 4:15pm BUT the it's a gated community and no one is allowed in to the community if someone was not home. So according to the community manager and the security guard, FLOWERS TO GO was denied entrance. I called Flowers to Go and spoke to Felli. She stated that they did NOT deliver the flowers on Sat. She confirmed that they were denied entrance. She also stated that she called my mom on Sunday (my mom already told me this) and said that they couldn't deliver the bouquet. So...why did Just Flowers claim the flowers were delivered when the local florist admitted to me AND my mom that they weren't? Who forged my mom's signature? Where did these flowers go?? Why didn't Just Flowers believe their customer?!!! I kept saying it was not delivered and the rep kept saying "well , the florist said it WAS delivered" essentially calling me a liar. After 5 calls to Just Flowers, my money was FINALLY refunded. I will never ever use them again.

Expensive disappointment

"12/23/20 -- I ordered what I thought would be a very gorgeous arrangement for my mom to take to my father's grave. When she messaged me with a picture of what she received, I was sorely disappointed to find that the arrangement was nothing like what I paid for and looked as if it was thrown together haphazardly without care. I sent a couple of messages indicating my disappointment. Waiting for a response.

Edit 12/24/20 -- I received a message and called back. Seems all Just Flowers can do to placate my dissatisfaction is to credit $15. I am unhappy with this response and will endeavor to leave bad reviews with pictures everywhere I can. This is not a quality or professional business whatsoever. Buyer beware.

"I rec'd flowers that were absolutely nothing like what was pictured. It was a sad small arrangement that was not worth what I paid for at all. I have since unsubscribed from their spam emails 100x and they just keep coming. They are the worst!"
