Held my flowers hostage the day of delivery trying to shake me down for more money.

"They held my flowers hostage to try and shake me down for more money the day I’d delivery. I ordered flowers for my grandmother that lives far away from me for her birthday. I ordered them days ahead of time. The day is scheduled delivery they held the flowers trying to get me to pay an extra $ on top of the flower price, handling fee and shipping fee. I will never use this business again. This is a shady way to conduct business. Very unprofessional. Buyer beware! Do not use the company. Spread the word far and wide. "

Should be a 0. Do not order from this company

"Consider this a cautionary tale for anyone considering Just Flowers for their floral needs. I'm utterly dismayed by the abysmal service I received when ordering a funeral arrangement from them. Despite assurances, the flowers arrived late and looked nothing like the $250 arrangement I ordered. Adding insult to injury, the accompanying note was replaced with a cheap envelope stating a "greeting card shortage," containing a folded piece of printer paper. When I attempted to address my concerns with customer service, they argued that the flowers delivered looked like a cross, despite photographic evidence I provided. I requested to speak to a manager to address this, but instead of assistance, I was put on hold, only for the representative to hang up on me. Upon calling back, I once again had to leave a voicemail. This matter remains unresolved. Contacting the company is nearly impossible; after enduring 5-minute hold times, calls are consistently redirected to voicemail. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Just Flowers at all costs. Their lack of competence and empathy is shocking and unacceptable."

Scam.

"#justflowers.com is a scam, I ordered a standing bouquet for the funeral home, I paid extra for the premium, so they could add more flowers and all my friend got was some wilted flowers that look nothing like the basic bouquet and didn’t even have as many flowers as the basic all while I paid extra for more flowers. They look wilted. I want to add the pictures here for you to see."

Unacceptable business Service!

"I placed 4 orders and only 3 were delivered, 2 of which incomplete. I orderes balloon with flowers and they were not delivered. The 4th order did not arrive not even 48 hrs later. Called and spoke to a manager who didnt even wantes to listed, more over he lied and said that order is onroute and it will be delivered before 6. At 6:30pm still no order had arrived. They told me it will arrive at 9pm. I placed calls, send emails, txt-ed everything possible, but still nothing. I would NOT recommend this service! Overpriced and underdeliver!!! "

Deceptive trade practices

"Just flowers did not fulfill my complete order, and, what they managed to send was not at all what I ordered, and looked like something you could get at a gas station. It looked more like flowers and weeds arranged by a child. They refused to send or give money back for the ballon that I purchased and that they did not deliver. The flower/weed arrangement was horrible, something I would have never spent money on.
Just Fakers is a better name. They lied about what they could and would do. Then they apologized for their mistake and told me that since their website states they can make changes to the order at their discretion they did not have to make it right.
PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION . DON'T SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

"I ordered flowers on Friday to be delivered to a funeral home on Sunday. I received a call/text on Sunday stating they needed to charge my card an additional $24 to deliver to the location. When I objected, I was told they could do it for an additional $15. I canceled my order. I expect that companies will honor their agreement at the time of purchase. "

Horrible company, horrible customer service

"I searched specifically for PURPLE flowers for my daughter-in-law and found a picture of a beautiful arrangement of ALL purple flowers. I placed the order and anxiously waited for the flowers to be delivered. My DIL sent a picture of the delivery and much to my dismay and disgust, not only was there only ONE purple flower in the arrangement of mostly PINK flowers, but there was one AWFUL brown sprig of something dead in the middle of it all. Their solution was to refund the service fund portion of the bill ... totally unacceptable when they dropped the ball that badly.

I had to file a BBB complaint to get them to work with me at all. When they called my phone and I answered, no one was ever on the other end of the line. When I ignored the calls, someone with a very heavy Asian accent who spoke extremely fast (so it was impossible to understand the message/phone number). It took 3 days of them blowing up my phone before I could finally understand one of the messages well enough to return the call.

I will NEVER use this company again, and I suggest no one else use them, either.

Scheels Fraud

"I spent almost $100 on a order and they failed to send or have delivered the arrangement that was depicted when I sent pictures of the arrangement received which did not include a vase or a card, as promised. Over a series of 4 escalations the company and a manager repeatedly argued , spoke over me, refused to listen and became very antagonistic and disrespectful, and suggested that the recipient had mental health issues, and they refused resend the flowers originally order or to refund the money. It’s a clearly sales fraud, I formally worked on the florist business, and I’ve never observed a more unprofessional company. "

"Amazing that you are still contacting me after the scathing review I wrote after the UNACCEPTABLE flowers delivered to my twin sister's funeral in April 2022. Did not resemble website flowers that I selected and paid $200 for. My review got shoved to bottom of reviews due to so many Mother's Day horrible reviews on this website. "Awful experience. My brother in laws spine was broken in a terrible auto accident resulting in his legs being paralyzed. I immediately ordered an arrangement for my sister sharing my sympathy & letting her know i was there for her during such a difficult time. The arrangement was never delivered. No one at this company seems to know where it is. How embarrassing to have to ask my sister/with all that she is currently dealing with..."did ur flowers come today?" How horribly unacceptable. This company should be absolutely ASHAMED of themselves! Taking peoples money & never delivering the product! Shame on Just Flowers for their abhorrent business practices!!! Do not waste ur money or ur time with these crooks!!!!!"

Poor Substitution/Late Delivery for Funeral

"I ordered a beautiful funeral basket of live flowers and plants $70. plus delivery fees $83. on June 23 for delivery on June 27th. What was delivered a day late (was a small vase of simple flowers worthless than $20) I paid extra for a timely delivery before the viewing (not delivered). Delivered for the funeral service the next day (very inadequate substitution). Site I ordered from said 4.68 stars.
I'd say zero stars Do Not use this company.

Awful Service!

"Ordered a birthday bouquet with Mylar balloon for a friend for her birthday on May 21st, she has been in her house ever since Covid dealing with health issues and thought this would help cheer her up! First someone from Just Flowers informed me that what I ordered was not available and if a “designer bouquet” replacement would be okay with mylar balloon…..I said “okay” and confirmed with them that I PAID for the early delivery service for delivery by 1pm and if the birthday arrangement would be there by that time, I was told no problem. I was then told by my friend’s sister at 5:12pm that the birthday flowers/balloon was NOT delivered to her. It was FINALLY delivered at 7:50pm! Needless to say I was VERY disappointed!! I then emailed Just Flowers customer service to let them know the situation and they told me they would check with the florist and call me back…..they NEVER did call me!! Then another email from Just Flowers customer service told me that they would reimburse $4.99 for the express delivery fee to my credit card…..they NEVER did that!! Then the last email to me said that they would give me $7.50 off my next purchase with them?! Why would I use them again after this fiasco?!?!?? Do not use Just Flowers……you will be highly disappointed!!"
