Funeral Arrangement

"I ordered flowers for a funeral. The arrangement was delivered to the wrong service. I was very careful to make sure that they knew what funeral home as well as what service it was to go to because I didn't want any issues. The flowers were delivered to the wrong service and person and now this company expects me to go to the funeral home and demand that they give me my $179 back that I had paid for the flowers. I find this totally ridiculous this company says it's 100% guaranteed satisfaction. The customer service is horrible I had to go to my bank to get a refund and let them dispute this claim. Hopefully by reading this review I will save somebody all the headaches that this company has given me."

Complete failure

"My mother ordered flowers through them to arrive at my place of work for my birthday. Their website states that deliveries to a school will arrive before 2pm (where I happen to work.) They didn't arrive and my mom was quite disappointed since it was supposed to be a surprise. She calls em up. They say "oh, we've found a florist and we promise they'll be delivered by tuesday." They didn't arrive. They claim they were never told it was a school, so when they went to deliver at 6pm of course the place was closed, and that 'the delivery was for Tuesday, so at least give them until Wednesday to arrive.' First off, the delivery was scheduled for Monday. They failed to find a florist. They then tried to extort additional money after selecting a florist. (Already was a $70 order.) They failed to deliver for an additional two days before finally agreeing to give her a refund. Surprise ruined. Time wasted. Also customer service is laughably terrible. "

"I ordered flowers for my daughter on Mother’s Day, surprisingly,
They we're not delivered, I received an email which stating that they had been delivered. There was no way to reach them. My grandson is also a victim, his order was never delivered.
Please be careful, the worst.

Worst service ever

"I ordered a $98 bouquet of flowers to b delivered to my daughter for Mothers Day. They were delivered to her over a month later by someone from another subdivision, dead flowers with the card and no container. My daughter had been walking her dog and had noticed the arrangement on the person’s porch for weeks. Ended up they were out of town and came home to find my daughters flowers on their porch. Just flowers refused to give me a refund nor a replacement bouquet. NEVER USE THEM. EVER"

32 hours later and they still haven't been delivered

"Website said 44 dollars. I purchased a bouquet as a thank you gift. I get an email that evening with a "sorry they weren't delivered" that they would TRY again tomorrow. So I wait and wait and STILL no delivery. I call their customer service and advise, we will have to call you back with confirmation. I asked WHEN? She says before 5pm. I said it is 4:45 NOW? Ya, DON'T shop with these people. "

Terrible service

"I did not receive the order I paid for. I order an arrangement with 10 sunflowers and 12 red roses. When I called to let them know I only received 7 sunflowers they asked for a picture as if I was lying. I sent the picture I guess it was not sufficient enough. I still did not receive my roses which was suppose to be In the bouquet with the sunflowers arranged together. They were trying not to help me at all they kept reaching out to the florist no answer, but yet and still I paid to have the delivery expedited. So a late delivery would be u acceptable they stated they can not issue me a refund because they other flowers was delivered. I will not recommend or use this bussiness ever again. I had a rep that was very rude and told me that’s not her problem her name was Raquel"

Very disappointed

"Very disappointed. I would never use this company again. I placed an order for my 85 year grandmother that hasn't been out much due to covid for Mothers Day. Not only did the flowers that I paid $161.73 NOT get delivered but I have been trying to get in contact with this company since then and no answer, no call back, no response to my emails and still no flowers. Do not use this company. "

Elegant Flowers—Clown Bouquet

"I ordered a beautiful bouquet for my granddaughter’s birthday and she received a clown bouquet. They delivered them on time—that was the only positive thing.
I looked at the online site and was pleased to see all the beautiful flowers—how can you go wrong with flowers. They were supposed to be mauve roses with light coloured flowers in a beautiful glass container—it is called mystical wonders—she received a couple of red roses and pink daisies in a dollar store container and a polkadot ribbon—anybody that has ordered from this site knows they are not cheap—very, very disappointed!!!!!
They are going to get back to me about my complaint but I am sure I will not get any kind of refund.
I sure wish I would have checked out their ratings before I ordered.
Never order from here.

"Worst experience ever. This company gives online retailers a bad name. No delivery. Impossible to track order via their website. No response to emails. Had to chargeback on my credit card for flowers not delivered for an important occasion. They get my worst online retailer on Earth award."

Took my money, never delivered

"Similar to so many other reviewers, I ordered flowers the Friday before Mother’s Day to be delivered on the day, but the flowers never came. On Sunday afternoon, I received notification that the flowers would NOT arrive that day, but had been “scheduled for redelivery” (interesting word choice) on the following Monday. I was disappointed that my wife would not have them on the day of her first Mother’s Day, but I was willing to accept them a day late given the high demand for flowers on the holiday and shame on me for ordering on relatively short notice. Monday came and went - no flowers and no further communication from justflowers.com.

As many others have noted, customer service is virtually impossible to contact directly. I have tried calling multiple times - the phone line is a loop of hold music (shoutout to Norah Jones - always a classy choice) and prerecorded messages, no matter what options you select (I have tried them all!). This seems deliberate. An impediment to obscure the fact that no one is answer the phones. I’ve left messages (as the recording so politely beckons you to do, with the assurance that someone will contact you “as soon as possible”). I’ve emailed and I even submitted a request via the website to cancel and refund the order (interestingly, the website now says that my order number cannot be found, but my bank statement begs to differ!)

As of writing this, the only direct communication I have received in response to my multiple attempts at contact is an email stating that their records indicate that the flowers were delivered. They add that in order to refund me, they need to verify with the local florist that the flowers were not delivered. Looking around online, this seems to be a routine tactic employed by this company, but it is demonstrably false. The flowers were not delivered. The delivery address is my home. I live here, I work here, I have not left here. Furthermore, I have cameras that would have captured if even an attempt was made to deliver flowers. I explained this all very plainly in an email, which has gone unanswered.

In observing other interactions as well as my own firsthand experience, the company’s M.O. so far seems to follow a fairly consistent track. They reply to a single email or publicly respond to a negative review with some form of standardized verbiage - “we’re here to help…” etc. - and then they request more information. I have supplied the requested information, but it appears that is where their “help” ends. No one has followed up. No one has reached out. It seems suspiciously like a stall tactic geared at public damage control, rather than a meaningful intention to resolve the issue and make customers whole.

If not fully a scam, this company certainly has scammy characteristics. It is unclear if this debacle is the result of incompetence or malice, but to those of us whose money was taken, that is a distinction without a difference. They took our money and reneged on the deal. They need to make it right with the people who trusted them, and who they failed.

So, if someone from customer service is readying this, my order was placed on 5/7/2021 at 5:01PM PST., the order number is 9358848, the flowers were NEVER delivered. Refund my $113.23. Thank you.

By the way, I notice that at some point this morning you disable comments on your Facebook page — smart! I’m sure it was getting tedious deleting all the comments poring in from desperate people looking for refunds. People who have found no other means to contact you directly.

While I await what is likely to be another boilerplate, feckless, toothless response, I have filed a complaint with the BBB. If the charge is not reversed or refunded, I will dispute it with my financial institution.

Next time I will order directly from a local florist. Lesson learned.

Do not use this service! Use a different company!

"DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! HORRIBLE experience and the worst flower delivery service available.

Where to begin... I placed an order on the 7th of May for flowers to be delivered on the 9th. Two days is more than enough time to get an arrangement together and ready for delivery.

The 9th comes around and the flowers never arrived. I even waited until the next afternoon just to give them extra time to deliver since the 9th was Mother’s Day and was probably busy.

It is now the 13th of may and the flowers still have not been delivered. I called and emailed and left messages multiple times for 5 days with NO RESPONSE!!!!!!!

What kind of company is this? There is zero communication with the customer and there is no way to reach anyone at the company. If my flowers were going to be delivered late(or not at all) someone from the company should have reached out with an update.

Last night someone finally answered by email and said “they exhausted all of their resources” and would like to deliver the flowers with an apology letter. I should have received a personal phone call to settle the matter immediately. But LOL so there were no flowers available to be delivered for the past week? I highly doubt that. I replied and asked when they will be delivered. NO RESPONSE AGAIN!!!!What a surprise.

What a joke of a company. And the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

DO NOT USE JUST FLOWERS

"HORRIBLE.
I have never been so disappointed or appalled at the NON EFFORT for SERVICE on something as special as flowers. Took my $$ for same day delivery. No delivery. 3 days went by, no emails, calls, just an auto text message that they will deliver. I tried calling company multiple times and they just send you on a loop with options, no human. Finally on DAY 5 . They sent email that THEY CANCELED my order, they cannot deliver. WTF?!?! Now I spent over $100 and have to wonder how I will get my $$ back.

"WE ORDERED FLOWERS FOR A DELIVERY TO MY GRANDMA IT WAS TO BE DELIVERED ON SATURDAY BUT WE RECEIVED A MESSAGE SAYING IT WILL NOT BE DELIVERED ON SATURDAY BUT IT WILL BE DELIVERED BY SUNDAY. WELL SUNDAY AND MONDAY HAVE COME AND GONE AND NO FLOWERS!!! I WOULD NOT HAVE SPENT THAT KIND OF MONEY IF THE DELIVERY WAS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN BY YESTERDAY...I HAVE TRIED CALLING THEM SEVERAL TIMES IN TEH LAST PAST THREE DAYS AND THEY ARE NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE AND IM UNABLE TO CANCEL ONLINE!!!
