The Canon I ordered had an MSRP of $599 and was competitively advertised from ~$450 - $550. IBuyDigital sold it for $488! Additionally, they charged NO shipping (for standard UPS) and it arrived before the baby (~8 days from date of order). Additionally, there was no tax. Their service was great for me - their sales department called the day after I made the order and they verified some security/shipping information.

"I purchased a Nikon D300s from them. They are selling grey market products without disclosing to the consumer. Warranty and Service is not covered by the manufacturer of these products and only covered by ibuydigital.
I called to complain, and they said their website would normally indicate if the product did not carry a US warranty, which at the time I ordered was not the case. They have offered to return the camera with a full refund including shipping, so they are working with me. Stay tuned.
I found out when I went to register the product with Nikon USA. The Warranty card said "Netherlands," which was also a big clue."

I called them on Wed and found my order had been declined due to incorrect credit card expiration date although I am quite sure it was 100% correct the second time I ordered. To my disappointment the shipped lens wasn't new. Probably it was refurbished item (missing manual, no manufacturer's box, etc).
The policy for returns is really weird - one had to call in 2 days, otherwise anything one complained about would be his / her fault. And yes, there was 5% restocking fee. I waited for 20 min before someone answered. I got my RMA, shipped the lens back, and filed a dispute with my credit card.
Even though it was clear IBuyDigital.com fault, they haven't refunded 100%, and charged their 5%. I took all the pics, copies, prints from their website, so good luck IBuyDigital with the dispute.
I would not recommend anyone to deal with the vendor, and of course, under no circumstances would I ever place any order."

"I first ordered the Finepix Fujifilm F200 EXR from Dell.com who was running a special. Dell's website would not allow me to order it but had to call them directly.
