"This was my first time using HotelPlanner.com and when I had accidentally booked the wrong dates I thought it would have been my last. My receipt indicated that no cancels, refunds, or changes were allowed. I was so upset, thinking I would lose money having to book another reservation with the correct dates. I realized the error just a few minutes after making the reservation, so I figured I to try to get the dates fixed. So I gave the support number a call and explained the situation. The person I spoke to over the phone, asked for the dates I intended to book the room for and said someone would give me a call the next day. Early the next day I received an email from support, indicating my reservation was updated with the correct dates. I was so relieved and happy they were able to fix my issue. I will definitely use this service again."

"Hi, Hotelplanners were awesome, friendly, prompt and very understanding when it came to a recent booking.
Recently, I booked a room for a wedding and didn't see the "code" that was supposed to be used to get a discounted rate at the hotel. After I got the confirmation and saw the error I contacted Hotelplanners.com and was reassured by the reservationist that I'd be contacted by a supervisor the following morning via email.
The protocol was exact and I received an email extending a courtesy of cancelling the reservation so I could rebook again and get the discounted rate. It was a "no hassle" courtesy which saved us a lot of money.
We want to thank Hotelplanners again for the professionalism and personal understanding extended to us. We would definitely use them again!
