Fabulous Service

"I received wonderful service. I called twice. The first individual I spoke with was very accommodating and continued to search for hotels with accommodations that I was seeking. I could not make up my mind and called back the next day. The next representative I talked with was equally wonderful! They really listen to you and what you want and what you are looking for I wanted a room within a budget, so many miles from a specific location, and a continental breakfast as well as a pool, and no parking fees. The rep was so patient with me and willing to work with me! I will be using hotel planner again!! "

"I had a question regarding my reservation and I called and emailed HotelPlanner Customer Service and got a quick and thorough response from both places. Reginette E. was the person who returned my email request quickly and thoroughly answered my question. Thank you very much as helpful and responsive customer service is a rarity.

The person who returned my call was also friendly, courteous and helpful.
My question is now resolved and I am glad I used hotelplanner.com

Double charged! No Refund

"Website is very easy to use and I was excited that I found a good deal on a room. My wife and I had a gas leak in our apartment and had to book quickly. I paid $75 to HotelPlanner and went to check in. Upon check in, I was asked for my card to verify my booking. A week later, I am charged $63 by Red Roof Inn on top of the $75 I already paid. I called hotelplanner TWICE and they said that no one was answering at Red Roof Inn and to call back later?!! How ridiculous! So I keep calling back and they are no help. Now, hotelplanner is telling me that I have to call back when the GM is at red roof inn because the person they need to talk to is the GM. The woman at hotelplanner said that the clerk st Red roof inn confirmed the double charge but we need to wait on the GM who is NEVER there.

Still no refund and no solution.


So, I won't be using this site again.

Quality customer service

"Originally I had written a bad review to the company because I was charged by hotel planner for the hotel stay up front but after I checked out of the hotel, I received a bill but at a different rate. I tried to dispute the bill at the moment with the hotel but the clerk said it was just my copy and said the rate was the rate they get with the company. Not a good feeling I had. Anyhow days later I see the hotel charged me anyway. So I reached out to hotel planner by email explaining my unpleasant visit or different rate for hotel. The same day, I received a response email where they assisted in contacting the hotel to erase this extra charge and game me the difference in the price I paid with hotel planner vs the hotel. Now that was awesome service for me. So with this I do believe they deserved the five stars because of the quick resolutions above and beyond. Thank you to the associate at hotel planner for the quality service. I will use you in the future. "

"They really came to task and above to correct a situation with a B&B that I had booked the prev day. They corrected it that day. I will absolutely be using hotel planner for all my reservations. They were so helpful and nice. "

Customer Service with a Tremendous Positive Attitude

"I had a reasonable complaint and without batting an eye or trying to undermine my feelings, Reginette Exume explained kindly but in the interim she reached out to the "Reserved place of Business" and got the balance of my deposit back. Even though we never met, its nice to interact with someone who treats you as a person not a number or a person without a face. I would highly recommend them and use them again because of it. Thank you again."

"I booked our hotel room with hotelplanner.com and was very pleased with the service. Within minutes, we had the room we wanted and at a fair price. I did wonder though, as to why we weren't able to get a receipt when we checked in. We were told by hotel personal that they could not even confirm what we were being charged. But - everything worked out fine, as we received an email receipt the following day after we checked out. We were charged the correct amount, as told to us by hotelplanner.com., but it was just a little unnerving to not have confirmation of the correct charge right away. I would use hotelplanner.com again."

A-MAZ-ING!!!

"I had made a reservation with hotelplanner way back in February and I couldn't find my confirmation. I called and at first they couldn't find my reservation! I was freaking out. I emailed hotelplanner and Markeasha helped me out. She went over and beyond my expectations to find my reservation. Come to find out it was under the hubby's name instead of mine, as well as a different email which is why they couldn't find me when I called. I just want to say again how wonderful Markeasha was. She was very pateint and listened to my issue and had it resolved within a couple of hours of my emailing. THANK YOU Markeasha!!!"
