"Ordered furniture on 11/7/11. Have received no further contact from them. They charged me at time of order for the full amount. Said it would be 4-6 weeks. Today is 1/9/12. Phones for them only result in busy signal. Clearly they are stealing money from people. I have contacted my credit card company to get my $ back. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well."

"RUN.....Ordered on 10/31/2011 told 6 to 8 contacted them spoke to Jonathan Morris said it would be delivered 1st week January. can contact them phones wont answer order never showed up.
Just contacte CC company to get refunded.

"My order was cancelled by the shipping company because Hometown is out of business. They took my money. At least the shipping company will allow me to pay the shipping since my furniture was already in transit. Hometown won't answer phones, etc. Don't order from this site."

"CANNOT REACH THIS COMPANY - Does anyone know if they are still in business? We placed an order on 11/15/2011, of course our credit card was charged at that time, and we were told that it would take 4-6 weeks for the furniture to be delivered. It has now been over 7 weeks, and we have tried to reach them via the phone number and email address provided on their website but have not been able to reach them nor received a response. The recording on their customer service phone line says that they will be closed for the holidays and reopen on 1/2/2012 at 10 am EST - it is now 4 pm on 1/4/2012 and they still are not answering the phones and have the same recorded message left for callers."

"Ordered and paid for 7th November, website said 4-7 days delivery. However once we paid we got an email saying 2-3 weeks. Eventually they said it would be delivered by a shipping company Sunday 8th Jan.
Today got a call from them now saying they won't deliver because Hometime has not paid the shipping bill?
It looks like the promised 4-7 days has turned out to be 60 days of waiting only to be let down again, I have tried calling today 4th Jan, no answer message just says we are on vacation we will be back 2nd Jan, thanks for calling and you get cut off. Looks like I have to get Visa to claim back money and order from a new company, what a horrible experience this has been,

"Unable to contact Home Time Furniture for a number of days and they have your seal on website

Ordered a table on 11/23/11 and they charged our credit both on 11/23 and 11/26. We called and they corrected within a few days after the call. Received a delivery on 12/23 but it was the totally wrong product-a wardrobe mirror. We immediately called and they had the aswering machine on indicating they would be back after Christmas. We continued to call from the day after Christmas to today January 3 and we are unable to contact anyone-can't leave a message. Their recording indicates they will be back on January 2. We are obviously concerned and feel we should make Reseller Ratings and others aware.

"I ordered an entertainment center 17 Oct 2011 and was told in stock. I called on 2 Nov and was told that it takes 6-8 weeks to ship from date of purchase, even in stock, and they could not provide me with an estimation of arrival time other than 6-8 weeks. It has been over 10 weeks now, and I cannot get anyone to answer the phones over the holidays. The message says they will reopen Jan 2nd at 10am and it is now the 4th and no answer. "

"I ordered an entire room of furniture made by Lexington a usually reputable company, but not when they let Home Time handle it. I placed my order thru Jack Parker sounded nice on the phone. Finally after 3 months they said my order was at the shipping company and on its way, they got here with 1/3 of what I have already paid for. I am now on the hunt to get the rest of it.DONOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNTIL THEY FIX PREVIOUS PROBLEMS, WHICH ARE LARGE IN NUMBER.Jonathan Morris was no help either just lies."

"We placed an order on 9/17 for an item, and it is currently January 3rd, and we've yet to receive our item.

I have been unable to contact the business through phone, e-mail, or live chat. There is a recorded message saying that they are closed over Christmas and "will re-open January 2nd at normal hours". I called and e-mailed all day January 2nd and the 3rd, and that message is still playing.

I warn against anyone ordering anything from this merchant.

**Update- The BBB now has a link up stating that this company is no longer in business. See below. Not sure if orders can still be processed.

"Watch out this company!! They are not honest at all!! and they will steal your money!!
I placed the order for Paula Deen Dining Table Set from this company on 12/05/11. Order confirmation letter was received right after that. However, they sent me the cancellation letter on the same day without any reasons.
So I called this company and talked to CS rep, Brad. He said they don't know when this product will be available but there is other company, called "Inf_____ Int____ Gr____" in NY who can fulfill the order for me as long as I can provide American Express Credit Card. Since I really wanted to have this dining table set, I provide my credit card.
What happen was "Inf_____ Int____ Gr____" charged my American Express Card 3 times!! It is not just double charge, TRIPLE charge on my credit card in 3 difference dates.
I disputed all 3 charges with American Express and I will never deal with HomeTime Furniture!!

"Home Time is a SCAM operation. My order placed in October 2011 was handled exactly as was done to bhal, the previous reviewer. Transfered to Infinity Interiors Group, who stalled me for two months and charged my Am Ex card 3 times for the same order. Needless to say, I never received any furniture and they are now not answering my e-mails, their website is down and their Verizon cell phone number is now "unavailable". Their IP address traces to an internet provider in northern England. If you have had this scam perpetrated on you, contact the IC3 immediately and file a complaint. This is NOT a legitimate furniture dealer!"
