"OMG HTF has been the worst company i have ever had to deal with, JM has not done anything to help me with my order. I'ts been seven weeks and still no order update. BE carefull they tried to bill me 10 times the selling amount, i caught them and they were forced to correct it. "

"Do not order from HomeTime Furniture. They took our $5,092 order for a Parker House entertainment center, immediately charged the credit card, but never placed the order with Parker House. So right now we're out 5k and have no entertainment center. Hopefully the CC company will be able to do something about it."

"I also was scammed by these creeps!! Ordered curio in 10/2011 and still have not received it. Have called and emailed with no luck. I ordered a Pulaski curio does anyone know of a phone # to see if it was ever ordered or paid for. Anyone have ideas as how we can get our money back?? Contacted my bank and they said I had only 60 days to dispute and it has been over that amount of time."

"I ordered a dining bench from Hometime furniture for it to be transferred to Infinity Interior Group. I was told it would be received on the week of January 9th, 2012. I never received a call of email and my card was charge for $3,300 more than the cost of the bench. The charge read it was for "Professional Services". It is a total scam."

"Where is the Not-even-one-star rating option???

This whole operation spells S-C-A-M.

Something clearly happened to this company in November 2011. Reviews previous to that date were practically stellar every time. I, too, ordered furniture in November (the 8th) and had yet to receive it. (I have contacted them numerous times via phone and email and have kept records of it all.)

Luckily, I check my CC statement regularly as well, as it turns out they double charged me for the same item. Fortunately I caught it before now as they actually credited me TWICE BACK for the item. Phew!

Last I spoke with Barry in December, he apologized for me not getting the right information as their distribution company would call me the 1st week of January and my order would be RECEIVED by me the 2nd week (this week).

I've called, emailed, etc. both HomeTime Furniture AND Infinity Interiors group. Neither is a working phone number anymore, it seems.

"I am writing to say how frustrated I am - I ordered furniture on 12/11- they ran my credit card and told me my furniture was available in the warehouse. I have been calling & calling & calling. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone or respond to my emails. I am wondering if the company is still in business. I am not sure what to do? Any suggestions? I understand that the ship time was 2-4 weeks- Yet my account has not been updated or can I get a return call or email? I chose this company due to the price but the stress of not being able to get in touch with someone is making me question the good value."

"TERRIBLE!!! Placed order 10/10/11 for Aspen Home Cross Country Sofa Table. My credit card was charged immediately. 11/10/11 sent email to ****@**** asking status of my order. Received reply from Jonathan Morris telling me "Aspen Home orders take about 6-8 weeks for delivery (from the
date the order was placed)..if this information doesn't sit well with you for any reason, you may cancel your order before it ships. Just for your information, we have an excellent 10 rating over the last 6 months on
the Reseller Ratings website.." THAT IS THIS WEBSITE!!! I see nothing but poor ratings. I have sent emails on 12/22 and on 12/26 to cancel and refund my credit card but no one has responded.

"Over two months after placing my order with HomeTime, and no recent responses from them, I contacted one of their furniture manufacturers. Very shortly after, this manufacturer emailed the following:
'We were informed on 12/21/11 by this dealer that his business partnership had dissolved. Our numerous requests to the dealer to pay for their orders were put off over and over again. Unfortunately, they have not paid for any of their open orders, and it seems their phone line is now disconnected.'

"OMG!! ME TOO! Every review is the same as the last. Same Story! I have contacted my credit card company and they are now investigating the situation. "I ordered $8000 worth of Aico furniture in early October from Hometimeefurniture.com. It was promised in 2-4 weeks. On Dec 6, I called to cancel the order. Jon not only guaranteed delivery by the first week in January, but also promised a 5% rebate for my trouble. He blamed the delay on Aico. Well, I still have no furniture, they don't answer their phones, and a sales rep from Aico tells me that none of Hometime's orders have been paid for. I have disputed the charges with my credit card, reported them to the New York Attorney Gerneral, and also the Internet Crime division of the FBI."

"I have been waiting for over 90 days for my products from this so-called company. They dont answer thier phone and their site chat is ALWAYS OFF------> hint! They are simply terrible. DO NOT order from this site ever, not ever, but NEVER. They are a bunch of low life crooks and I don't think they have any intention of delivering the products. So, unless they do a 180 degree turn around do not bother with them unless you like getting ripped off"
