"I am one happy customer of HomeTime Furniture. The piece of furniture I ordered arrived in top condition and placed in my home at no extra cost which was a big factor to me and at a lower cost than the competition. What more can you want. Customer service. They have that too. Very friendly and considerate. I will definitely return when in search for another piece of furniture! I'd be a fool not too."

"Terrible! Beware! Ordered dining set. Didn't receive until mid-January. Tabletop was defective. Sent back TWO times because of defects. When it arrived defective a third time, I decided I had enough. They issued a refund check. Check bounced!!!! When I notified them that the check bounced, they took a full week to issue another check. Still waiting for that check to arrive. It is now May. Very lackadaisical. Horrible company."

"Pricing and Customer Service is excellent. This was my first time buying furniture from an "on-line" website; I was a bit apprehensive. I ordered a Howard Miller Curio cabinet as a surprise gift for my daughter. It was delivered timely. Regardless of a slight miscommunication in delivery handling; the matter was resolved quite readily and efficiently. Hometime Furniture more than accomodated the inconvenience by crediting me back $50.00. I will certainly buy again from HomeTimeFurniture.com."

"We had a wonderful experience with company. I have never bought a piece of furniture online before, so I was very hesitate to do this. The piece of furniture we bought was 250lbs. They delivered on time and brought it in and put it right where we wanted it. Everyone I talked to was very nice and helpful. They kept in touch with me until the piece of furniture got here. I highly recommend this company and will buy from them again."

"NEVER AGAIN!! I ordered a bed for my son on 10/15/10. It was supposed to be delivered by early November- it wasn't. The first attempt to deliver it was shortly before Christmas. Problem was, they FORGOT HALF THE BED!. I was told by Hometime customer service to refuse delivery. The second attempt at delivery was the 3rd week in January. They showed up WITH the part they forgot on the first trip BUT they forgot to bring THE OTHER HALF- IT WAS IN THE WHAREHOUSE IN NC - I LIVE IN PITTSBURGH!. The delivery service (NOT HOMETIME) called to the next week to arrange delivery (from 3-6 on a sunday - REALLY?). Not exactly convenient and I had been ASSURED by DAVID that I WOULD NO LONGER BE INCONVENIENCED BY THIS. I was informed if I didnt accept this delivery date I would be waiting another 2-3 WEEKS! Not that Hometime was ANY HELP with that! Finally, the bed was delivered in entirety on January 30. A SUNDAY! AT 6PM! 3 AND A HALF MONTHS AFTER O ORDERED IT!! Not only did Hometime refuse to discount my purchase further, they ran and hid from any conversation with me AND DID NOT RETURN MY PHONE CALLS!. Now remember, twice I needed to keep my day open to receive the delivery, and it was a bed so I had disassembled my son's current bed...TWICE! And they had over $500 of MY money since OCTOBER! Completely unprofessional. I have a whole new house to furnish...but it won't be through Hometime."

"Thank you David Blake for your help in placing my order with HomeTime. After a month of torture with a company that I placed an order, I was happy to hear that only one week after I placed my order with you, my curio has been shipped out. The other company had so many errors with my information that after several corrections and one month later I was told that my order had to be cancelled and ordered again. This infuriated me and forced me to find another company that could order the same item. HomeTime not only was able to get the item I wanted but also gave it to me for less money and with In-Home set up. David was very understanding and took my order, with NO errors and was able to expedite the shipment to me. I would not hesitate to refer my friends and family to you for your excellent service. Thank You David Blake and Thank you HomeTime for having David on your staff."

"I can not say enough nice things about the way my purchase was handled. Even though, I had to return the clock I purchased as a gift, because it did not suit the recipient, everything was handled with extreme curteousy. I was never made to feel like I had caused any problem whatsoever. Everything was settled to my satisfaction and I look forward to shopping there again soon. "We just recently placed our first order with HomeTime furniture and were very pleased with our experience. We ordered a Curio and didn't notice that until over a month after delivery there was a crack with one of the glass shelves. HomeTime was extremely helpful and worked with the manufacturer and with us to get us a replacement part and picked up the cost for the part. We would definitely order from HomeTime again.

"Sale price, Free shipping, White Glove set up, Who could ask for anything more?I had been shopping for a complimentary set of curio cabinets for over 2 years and finally found them at Hometime Furniture. I placed my order with Jack. Very professional.The cabinets arrived just as planned.They matched the set I already had.This usually doesn't happen,wood being natural,but I was lucky.The delivery people were wonderful too. I had to guide them via flash light through the backyard.They unpacked the cabinets and placed them as needed. I had a VERY good experience. I WILL continue to do business with Hometime Furniture and I WILL tell my friends and clients.Good Job to everyone. "
