"I ordered 2 chairs and was told (by Gabe) that he wouldn’t have a firm availability date from the Co. Until the order went through. If, for some reason, it was longer than a reasonable date, I could cancel the order with no problem. Received an email from HIVE that an estimated ship date was approximate, but not firm. Should I wish to cancel, my acct would be credited. Subsequent emails occurred, and I received the credit, order was voided, as promised. I needed chairs fairly soon, but I would def buy from HIVE in the future. Very smooth transaction. "

"I was looking for a Magis Spun Chair for my granddaughter's birthday at the end of May. All the places I called around April 20 said it would take 8-10 weeks to get it, and all would charge 10% of the price for shipping. Then I found Hive! They charged me the same price as other stores, but then gave me a 10% discount and FREE SHIPPING! Although they couldn't guarantee the chair would arrive on time, I couldn't pass up the price. Subsequently, I received an email stating that tentative delivery won't be until late JULY 2021? However, I've already been charged for these items that I won't be receiving for another almost four months. That doesn't seem right. Most businesses charge your credit card when the item is shipped. Am I missing something here?"
